On June 25, CHERRY held the 2017 new product press conference in Beijing, releasing two new models of keyboards: the CHERRY MX BOARD 1.0 mechanical keyboard and the CHERRY MX BOARD 8.0 RGB version.  

CHERRY MX BOARD 1.0 (hereinafter referred to as MX BOARD 1.0) has an 80% layout and excellent portability. The axle body is the original CHERRY MX axle body, and there are four classic axle bodies for users to choose: green, red, black and tea. MX BOARD 1.0 uses a black matte upper cover with bright decorative highlights, which can be said to be the "low configuration version" CHERRY 8.0. In terms of price, CHERRY has given a price that is more "lethal". The price of the black axis non backlit version is 499 yuan, and the price of the black axis white backlit version is 599 yuan; The black red axis has no backlight, and the price is 559 yuan, while the backlight version is 659 yuan. It can be purchased on the e-commerce platform on June 26, but the green axis and tea axis will be launched later.

There were many highlights at the press conference. The opening program gave everyone a small climax. A prologue of the dead was played with CHERRY MX BOARD 8.0 keyboard on the scene day and night. The music slowly sounded with the percussion of the plate. Colorful lights and sweet music directly exposed CHERRY's first new product - MX BOARD 8.0 RGB version.

This MX Board 8.0 RGB version is equipped with its own MX RGB switch, with 16.7 million color backlights, and is equipped with a light driver, which makes the light more playable and supports full key customization and one key macro setting. At present, there are four kinds of RGB black, green, tea and black shafts to choose from, starting from 1699 yuan, which will be officially sold on July 1.

The scene also revealed 8.0 RGB with black appearance, which uses a black anodized aluminum alloy shell. Compared with the silver version, it will be more cool, but the opening time has not been officially announced. In addition, CHERRY also launched 8.0 magnetic adsorption hand support. It is manually polished from North American black walnut/maple, and each piece has a unique log texture.

In addition, the white backlight version 8.0 has also introduced a new shaft version, which has the speed of pursuing speed and the silver shaft with fast key stroke; There are also quiet red axis and quiet black axis that seek to be quiet and comfortable and not disturb others.

In addition, CHERRY has prepared a new set of metal key caps for 8.0. It adopts the same CNC full machine milling technology as 8.0, laser micro perforation characters, fine sand blasting and oxidation, and flexible light transmission without paint removal.

The most special feature of this set of metal keycaps is that they can transmit light. Although they are not as transparent as ordinary ABS keycaps, they also have a good effect.

In addition to products, CHERRY also announced many new developments. "CHERRY Shared Peripheral Platform" will be launched, which is suitable for many friends who want to experience the feel of CHERRY mechanical keyboard by hand, but are suffering from lack of money. The latest CHERRY 1.0 has logged in to the "CHERRY Shared Peripheral Platform", and the minimum daily cost is only 0.82 yuan. At the same time, CHERRY MX BOARD 6.0 and CHERRY MX BOARD 8.0 are also available to meet the needs of different users.

CHERRY finally launched a private keyboard customization service. From the mixing of the internal axis of the keyboard to the personalization of the keyboard shell and the keyboard cap, all components can be customized in the "CHERRY Private Keyboard Customization", which can create a truly customized keyboard.

The first CHERRY experience store was officially opened, with a CHERRY LOGO composed of 20190 axes and a stainless steel hand assembled manually. It is intended that CHERRY has always helped to bring better game experience to players.
