The charger and host of GOGO HR bracelet adopt magnetic charging mode, which is convenient for simple operation in the bracelet process.

3、 Experience

At present, most of the methods applied to heart rate monitoring in mainstream wearable devices are PPG photoelectric heart rate monitoring. The photoelectric heart rate sensor sends green LED light to the skin to monitor the blood flow under the skin at the wrist to obtain heart rate data.

GOGO HR bracelet also uses this mainstream PPG optical sensing technology. After the bracelet screen is lit, you can continuously touch the screen to measure the heart rate.

4、 Wearing feeling

An important function of wearable equipment is waterproof and dustproof. For example, a watch needs 30m life waterproof.

After installation and initial use guidance, GOGO HR APP presents users with a clean and simple first interface.

The first page of the app covers three page cards: exercise, sleep and heart rate. The first page of the exercise page lists the steps, calorie consumption, time, distance and completion of the exercise plan in detail.

More humanized is that, at the bottom of the main area of the page, the movement time distribution and the corresponding movement steps are displayed intuitively in the form of a histogram.  

The data presentation on the sleep page and the data presentation on the motion page are basically consistent, and the total sleep duration, deep sleep duration, shallow sleep duration and deep sleep ratio are listed in detail. Similarly, the sleep data is presented in the form of histogram.

The data on the heart rate page is presented in a multi page stack. The upper half is the heart rate bpm data distribution, and the lower half is the heart rate distribution proportion under various exercise conditions.

It would be better if the APP could provide corresponding data reference, such as what is the heart rate reference range in what scenario, how long to sleep and how long to fall asleep are reasonable suggestions.  

On the left side of the app, there are multiple settings and historical data entries. Unfortunately, the app does not provide data display of the bracelet, so the remaining power of the bracelet cannot be known intuitively through the app. I hope it can be added when the app is updated later.

On the APP's About Options page, the user can upgrade the bracelet firmware, help center, restart the bracelet and restore it to factory.

In general, although it is a new bracelet, the GOGO HR APP has a lot of functions to customize, which indirectly indicates that the early work of J-Style has been done well.  

On the APP personal settings option page, personal information settings and the entrance to the reminder center are provided.

Personal information settings support the customization of user nicknames and avatars, as well as the input of height and weight information.

The reminder center provides detailed reminders of long sitting, alarm clock and communication applications.  

Among them, the long sitting reminder can be customized to set the reminder time, interval, exercise cycle and other contents, so as to facilitate proper exercise and leisure after a long sitting exercise, and let the body work and rest together.

The alarm clock covers the time, usage scenarios (alarm clock, taking medicine, drinking water), working date of alarm clock, etc. in detail.

It is suggested that simple and intelligent alarm clock reminder suggestions can be integrated into the alarm clock reminder settings. For example, if you choose to drink water alarm clock reminder, there is a preliminary scheme for drinking water, rather than requiring users to set one by one, which is not foolishness.  

The exercise plan is based on the week. It provides an initial exercise plan, without too complicated exercise tutorials or too much fitness function.

The simple exercise plan is only for beginners, which is the original intention of J-Style.  

One day, when we want to look at the past sports and sleep data, GOGO HR APP also gives us the idea of providing a normal distribution map of historical data analysis of sports and sleep.

Although it is not very useful, it is better to have it than not, let alone the historical data.
