LeTV officially entered the US market last year and purchased a 49 acre property located in Silicon Valley from Yahoo. Today, it was revealed that LeEco had put the property, which had been in hand for less than a year, on sale due to the recent financial pressure. The price was 260 million dollars, higher than the purchase price of 250 million euros.

Letv entertainment business, which has no financial support at all, has entered the state of "payment in arrears", while its Faraday investment will also reduce production capacity in the future, and cash will be tight, although Letv's statement to the outside world is that "we are just looking for partners".
