Montblanc plans to launch a new Android Wear 2.0 based smart watch called Summit later this year.

In terms of appearance, the watch will have several different versions, namely stainless steel case and titanium metal case. The watchband is also a choice of several high-end models, including crocodile leather watchband.

Summit has a 1.39 inch 400 x 400 AMOLED display screen, and there will be a Snapdragon Wear 2100 chip inside, 512MB+4GB storage, and 300mAh battery. Of course, as a smart watch, it also has IP68 waterproof grade certification.

Built in functions include: heart rate monitor, microphone and weather forecast. Like most smart watches, Summit has only about a day's battery life when fully charged. What's more inconvenient is that it also does not have NFC chips (meaning Android Pay is not available), and it does not have GPS and does not support cellular connection.

Naturally, people who buy this watch usually focus on the brand rather than the completeness of functions, so the existence of GPS and NFC is not its fatal defect. This watch will be shipped in May at a price of $890.
