Manu Kumar Jain is one of Hugo's close colleagues in Xiaomi Company, and also the head of Xiaomi India business department. After being promoted to the position of Xiaomi Vice President, Jain was appointed as the Managing Director of Xiaomi India.
He co founded an online retail website, jabong.com, and a technology company called Gynger until he joined Xiaomi in 2014.
It is said that he has a very outstanding performance in business expansion in India, bringing Xiaomi's sales to the top three.
