In March 2016, KOOV programmable educational robot was unveiled at the American SXSW Conference, and Sony finally brought it to China on February 16, 2017. This robot is aimed at children over 8 years old, hoping that they can master the knowledge of robot assembly and programming in the process of completing tasks, so KOOV has prepared 22 examples. Children assemble robots according to the guidance of 3D animation, input different instructions after assembly, and robots will respond differently according to the instructions. KOOV robot is composed of splicing module, core motherboard and transmission motor, and is equipped with different parts such as LED, buzzer and sensor. The basic version is 2999, the luxury version is 3999, and the expansion kit is also available.
