After the download is completed and the APP is opened, the registration or login interface will appear, including WeChat QQ、 The four quick login modes, Weibo and Flyme, can also be registered and logged in with a mobile phone number. After logging in, you need to set your own gender, birth date, height, weight, target steps, and target sleep time. After setting, you can enter the main interface. The app of Meizu bracelet is very considerate. The main interface has basic prompts, which saves you the trouble of finding functions one by one.

First, the number of steps: like most bracelets, the number of steps is counted by shaking, the accuracy is OK, and the heat consumption is also inferred by the number of steps, so I feel that it is not accurate. Then sleep: according to my actual test, the sleep measurement of Meizu bracelet is quite accurate, and the sleeping time and waking time are basically compared.

Finally, heart rate: because of the use of AMS optical capacitance heart rate sensor, its heart rate monitoring is very accurate. The author tested the heart rate in calm and after strenuous exercise very well in line with their new rate range.
