According to the details in the litigation documents, Faraday Future signed a cooperation agreement with The Mill Group in August 2016 to complete VR, AR and hologram demonstrations and promote the sale of Faraday's first car in the future. According to the document, Faraday is willing to pay 18227500 dollars for this work in the future, but The Mill Group claims that the other party only paid 20000 dollars.

It is understood that The Mill Group enjoys a high reputation in beautifying pictures in the automotive industry. Among the manufacturers cooperating with them are Audi, Honda, Lincoln and Subaru.
