According to Bloomberg, Apple's OLED suppliers cannot meet the capacity demand of the next generation iPhone for OLED screens, which may not be solved by 2018. The next generation of iPhone 7 will use OLED screens, and Samsung and LG have been working hard to win this batch of orders. In the past two years, both have invested a lot of money to establish a new OLED production line.

Although Samsung has reached an OLED screen supply agreement with Apple, this does not mean that its production capacity can meet the demand of the new generation iPhone. According to Bloomberg, Apple only placed orders for OLED screens larger than 5 inches, and the order volume next year will be 100 million, while Samsung is really unable to complete this number.
