There is a bulb cover plate above the E500. We can easily open the cover plate to maintain or replace the bulb, whether we lift it or place it horizontally. Even non professionals can easily replace the bulb.

There is a special key area on the top of the projector. In addition to the power key, there are also 9 physical keys and 3 indicator lights, which can be used for emergency purposes. When the machine works normally, the power indicator light is yellow, and the indicator light is soft. Even in a dark environment, it will not be too dazzling.

From the interface on the back, we can clearly see that this is a commercial projector. It has audio, video, HDMI, VGA, USB and other interfaces. The interface is complete, which can facilitate the access of various peripherals. There is also an antenna in the accessories. Access can enhance the reception of wireless signals. Of course, you can connect to the WiF network normally even without installing an antenna, but the signal reception will be slightly weaker

The bottom of the machine is very simple. There are lifting bracket holes, foot pads, heat dissipation holes, etc., and the front foot pad is also a hidden design bracket, which can be adjusted by rotating for height, so it is convenient to put directly on the table.

When we choose to purchase projection, we need to recycle it among several small and medium-sized conference rooms in consideration of cost. Basically, it can be directly placed on the table for use. The installation of projection is simpler than the traditional projector before. Just connect the power, click the power button to start, and then adjust the focus and projection angle to start working.

Before each meeting, I need to debug the equipment before the meeting. When I used to use an old projector, before each meeting, I not only need to test the projection, but also need to connect and debug the projection and other peripherals. Every time, I need to prepare at least half an hour in advance. After such a long time of operation, there is still a high requirement for the overall heat dissipation effect of the projector. There are many heat dissipation holes around the whole body of the BenQ E500, and the temperature control of the body is also good. After several hours of continuous operation, touching the body with your hand will not feel hot.

The commercial intelligent system of this machine is very powerful. BenQ E500 supports the wireless projection function of Windows, Android and Apple full platforms. Under the same LAN, it supports wireless access of mobile phones, tablets, laptops and other devices, and can also switch freely. We mainly use the wireless projection function of the notebook. Previously, we needed to connect the notebook and the projection with the help of a connecting line. We often encountered the wrong interface of the connecting line between the notebook and the projector. We also encountered problems such as lack of color due to the interface problems. Now we can easily project the screen without connecting the line.

Our IT department is responsible for the machine debugging before the meeting.
