The maximum reading speed of this 8G LPDDR4 DRAM chip can reach 4266Mbps, and the maximum data volume can be transmitted 34GB/s. Compared with the current 20nm 4GB DRAM in the industry, this 10nm chip has almost the same power consumption with twice the performance improvement.
