Panasonic recently released three new LUMIX cameras at the Photokina Exhibition in Cologne, Germany. The first one is the Lumix G85, which uses a 16 megapixel M4/3 sensor with built-in 5-axis anti shake and supports 4K video recording.
It is equipped with an OLED electronic viewfinder of 2.36 million pixels, and a 3-inch LCD touch screen on the back of the body, which supports turning and rotating. Panasonic uses a solid body on the G85, providing anti splash and dust-proof capability. The machine will be launched in October, with a single unit selling at $899 (about 5996 yuan) and a 12-60mm unit selling at $999 (about 6663 yuan).
In addition, Panasonic also launched the Lumix LX10 portable camera, which has an all metal body, built-in 5-axis anti shake, and is equipped with a 20 million pixel 1-inch sensor. The focus range is 24-72 mm, and the aperture is F1.4 - F2.8. LX10 has the ability to shoot 30 frames of 4K video, while 1080p video has reached 120 frames. It has no viewfinder and is equipped with a 3-inch, 1-megapixel LCD touch screen that can rotate 180 degrees. It is expected to be launched in November, with a retail price of 699 dollars (about 4662 yuan).
In addition, Lumix FZ2500, a camera specially designed for video capture, has also been launched. It can be used as a new version of G4, with a built-in 20 megapixel 1-inch sensor. The machine adopts the design of non replaceable lens, provides 20x optical zoom, has a 24-480mm focal length, aperture of F2.8-4.5, and can shoot 4K video at 30 frames per second. It has a 2.36 million pixel OLED viewfinder and a 3-inch 1 million pixel tilting touch screen. The device will be launched in December, with a retail price of $1199 (about 7997 yuan).
