The inxni interior navigation sweeping robot X533 (hereinafter referred to as X533) is a sweeping robot with indoor navigation function. 3、 X533 Experience

Before experiencing the X533, the author strongly recommends reading the "Quick Guide" and "Product Manual" (although not detailed yet), so that the experience is safer and smoother with fewer detours.

First, introduce how to start up, charge and download the APP with several pictures (look at the pictures and speak):

The author has searched all over the house for places to place charging ports that meet the requirements, but can't find them. We had to try to place the charging port in a corner near the power supply (see the figure below). Surprisingly, the X533 is very smart and can find its "home" every time.

The above five processes introduce the basic steps of X533 from charging to normal operation. These contents are illustrated in detail in the manual or WeChat public account, so the author will not repeat them.

The author intends to grasp the five highlights of X533 and introduce it while experiencing. The five highlights are:

The following tests are conducted one by one:

1. Observe six routes, listen to eight directions, and innovate "true navigation" independently. The navigation and detection system independently developed within inxni allows the X533 to cope with strange and complex environments. It only takes 5 minutes to quickly and automatically detect and identify the surrounding conditions. Store and image the home environment through accurate scanning, establish 2D maps and optimize the division of cleaning areas. This laser scanning technology in the field of "unmanned driving" has a higher detection accuracy than ordinary GPS navigation and radar scanning technology, with an error of no more than 20mm. High resolution laser detector can quickly and accurately identify the target with a minimum of 2cm at a distance of 7m, with a positioning accuracy of up to 99%. 100% of the home map is established and the cleaning area is actively divided to ensure that there is no omission in cleaning. Most sweeping machines and mopping machines on the market use GPS navigation system. This is the case with the mop that my family bought in the early years.

2. Bow shaped, zoned scanning, high efficiency without collision. Based on the established 2D home map, inxni independently calculates the partition scheme through the ARM core processor and Luban algorithm, and cleans in a straight line with a bow shaped path, which is fast and efficient.

The author has experienced X533 for more than 10 hours, and only a few collisions have occurred (to be described in detail below). As for fixed obstacles, the author suddenly stretched out a leg and threw a pillow to the front of the X533 route like a prank. The X533 didn't hit it, but chose to detour.

However, during the experience, the author found that the X533 encountered something low, like "invisible". For example, two kinds of cushions (foot mats) of different thickness in my home, one corner of the carpet has been sucked into the X533 "chest"; The speaker base is a hard object close to a square, with its own thickness and a total distance from the ground of 20mm. The X533 can either be driven up directly or the base can be bumped away from the original position; The outrigger of the exercise bike and the base of another speaker are also relatively low, and the X533 also hit it.

The X533 doesn't seem to be able to see the low speaker base (see the above figure), and it drives up like a road roller. Or you can push it away from its original position (see the figure below).

The author analyzes whether the X533 laser eye is installed in a high position? Does the division of other sensors ignore this one? I haven't thought about it yet.

The author also found that the X533 has a strong ability to "turn over the ditch and cross the ridge", and the 1cm-1.5cm ridge can be easily climbed (see Figure 1, Figure 2, Figure 3). If the height of the ridge reaches 3cm, the X533 will "look at the ridge and sigh" (see Figure 4 and Figure 5).

The highest threshold is 3cm. The X533 has tried many times to cross it but failed.

These situations are basically consistent with the official propaganda.

3. Don't worry. If the power is insufficient, it will automatically return to the charging port. The X533 also has a magical ability - automatically returning to the charging port. This practical function is shown in three aspects:

A、 When the X533 completes the cleaning task, it will automatically return to the charging port to replenish power without any operation.

B、 Although the X533 is not finished, it will give up the current work decisively and return to the charging port to replenish energy when the power is low (about 10% left). After charging, it returns to the original work place by virtue of its unique breakpoint memory function, and continues to complete the last unfinished cleaning work.

C、 Of course, you can also operate the X533 panel, mobile phone APP or remote control to command the X533 to return to the charging port for charging immediately.

In the process of my experience, I encountered such a scene, which impressed me deeply:

The writer is working in the kitchen at home, X533 also came to join the fun. It stopped suddenly after working for a while, and the "small house" icon on the host panel began to flash. It ran away without saying a word. It followed the shortest path and went straight to the charging port. At this time, the author reflected that after opening the APP, it turned out that there was little power left in the X533. This is the case of B summarized above.

4、 APP， Visualization and strategizing headquarters. Intelligent management of mobile APP is a highlight of X533. The mobile phone is connected to the X533 and provides a complete family map. You can clearly know the working idea of the X533 and check the cleaning path and progress on the established map at any time. The APP fixed-point cleaning function is very practical. On the established map, click the place to be cleaned, and open the fixed-point cleaning at any time, pointing to where to sweep, reducing the workload of manual moving, and enjoying the life of lazy people without bending over.

The author used APP to experience the whole process of X533 from "appointment cleaning" to automatic anti port when completing tasks.

My family has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and two halls, with an area of 106 square meters. It takes 51 minutes (including the time to return to the charging port) to clean the X533, and the power consumption is one grid (about 1/4 of the total power of the X533). This is basically the same as the official propaganda that it takes 60 minutes to clean an area of 100 square meters.

5. No matter how dirty the ground is, it can be dealt with. It is powerful and clean. The most basic function of the sweeping robot should be "sweeping". And they should sweep clean and be able to deal with all kinds of dirt. Sweep quickly, leaving no dead space. The X533 has many "special skills" in this respect.

The X533 strong cleaning related hardware is configured in different parts, according to their respective division of labor and "routine" for the same goal - to achieve strong cleaning without leaving any debris.

Previously, the author understood that a sweeper is just a robot that sweeps the floor. Through this experience, I realized that, for example, the X533 is fully equipped with the function of a vacuum cleaner. The effect of cleaning the living room carpet with it is far better than the existing vacuum cleaner in the home. It has great suction, no wires winding, and can be charged automatically. With these tips, the old vacuum cleaner in the family should be "laid off immediately".

4、 Summary

As a domestic laser navigation planning sweeper, the navigation sweeping robot within inxni is not inferior to foreign brands in terms of navigation intelligence at all, especially in terms of obstacle avoidance performance in the cleaning process and the ability to get rid of obstacles in narrow spaces. Compared with the random bumping floor sweeper (mopping) used before, the banging sound of the floor sweeper hitting the furniture is rarely seen at home. In terms of cleaning, the whole house has a high degree of automatic cleaning. After zoning, it is cleaned orderly according to the bow line, and there is almost no missing cleaning. The basic functions of APP are also available. The map building of the whole house is relatively accurate. Combined with excellent software algorithms, the host is also very sensitive in receiving APP signals and responding speed, and can freely control the host to any position on the map, which is what the title of this article refers to. 1. The instructions need to be supplemented. Although the instructions are well printed, they do not speak enough about how to operate. Although there is a WeChat public account as a supplement, most consumers still like to read the paper instructions;

APP needs to be upgraded and improved. ① APP sometimes loses contact with robots for unknown reasons; ② I once encountered that when I opened the APP, the page reminded me to give the robot a name. These things were completed in the first operation; ③ The log can only see the last time and is incomplete. The logs for a period of time (such as one month) should be stored for easy reference; ④ The time setting of APP should be in 12 hour or 24 hour format. I prefer the 24-hour system. Now there is only 12 hour system available.

4. Some aspects are inconsistent with the description in the manual. For example, according to the instructions, the blinking battery icon and the "small house" icon appear on the host panel when and after charging; In fact, there is no small house icon.

5. The quality of individual parts needs to be improved. For example, the charging adapter is too large and rough, which will affect the use of other sockets when inserted into the socket.

6. The dust box design is unreasonable. It is inconvenient to dump garbage, easy to get your hands dirty, and the volume is small.

7. There are no virtual walls.

8. Unstable operation. Once, the author made an appointment for X533 to start work at 18:30, and it stopped after 10 minutes of work. The author should take photos of the information on its panel.

The X533 stops after 10 minutes of operation, and the panel displays a fault code.

Due to the short experience time and professional and technical reasons, the problems pointed out by the author are not necessarily accurate and are only for reference.
