It can be seen that the glorious NOTE 8 with ID borderless design does not give others a borderless feeling when the screen is lit, but rather a "very borderless feeling". Although the resolution of Honor NOTE 8 AMOLED is 2K, according to our measured parameters, its performance of various indicators is very general, and its color accuracy performance is poor. Although there is a standard mode, it can not save face.

In terms of the system, Glory Note 7 uses EMUI 4.1 (Android 6.0). The overall feeling is no different from the previous Glory series. The available memory is 2.2GB after the 4GB memory is turned on. On the whole, the performance of Kirin 955 is better than that of Snapdragon 652.
In terms of actual game testing, we select the popular mobile game king glory and fully open special effects (open HD display). Since the number of locked frames of the Android version of King Glory is 30, even if the performance overflows, it cannot reach a higher number of frames. In this group of indoor scenes, the light is not dark, but the complex environment and light make the imaging of the three different. From the imaging results, Glory NOTE 8 performed the worst, and the sample was seriously out of focus, It is worth noting that the Honor NOTE 8 samples of this group were selected from five samples, and the performance of the other four samples was almost the same. The performance of Xiaomi Max is also poor. Smearing and font sharpening are not properly handled. The Galaxy S6 edge, which performs mediocrely in outdoor daytime scene testing, has played its due strength. Whether it is white balance, smearing, sharpening, parsing, noise control, it is a suppressive advantage over the other two mobile phones. The white balance of Glory NOTE 8 is too green, which may be caused by the green floodlight formed by the point light source and green plants. Although the white balance of Xiaomi Max is normal, there are too many noise points, which has something to do with Xiaomi's algorithm. In some scenes, Xiaomi 5's night imaging has too many noise points. The official staff once gave the answer that "this is to preserve more details". The Galaxy S6 edge still shows the strength gap against the sky, which can be seen in the details of the stone on the ground, the restoration of green leaves, and the control of floodlight.

Glory NOTE 8 and Xiaomi Max are rare giant screen smartphones with a size of more than 6.0 inches this year. The photos taken by Glory NOTE 8 are worthy of its price. On the contrary, the photos taken by Xiaomi Max are basically better than those taken by the 1000 yuan smartphone. There is a big gap between the two cameras and the Galaxy S6 edge, the benchmark of photography last year, in terms of low light imaging. Because the large screen mobile phones are suitable for a small number of people, plus the cost of large screen and large battery, their configurations are often not flagship, but the price is not low, so many large screen mobile phones will not carry the flagship SoC, nor will they have excellent photo taking experience.

In terms of endurance, Glory NOTE 8 maintained the same level as Xiaomi Max in our 3-hour endurance performance. After the test, there was still 82% power left. We can see that in the first phase of the endurance test (30 minutes for NBA 2K15), the Honor NOTE 8 on the 2K screen only consumes 5% of the power, while the Xiaomi Max with 1080P resolution is 8%. Here we note that although Honor NOTE 8 is a 2K screen, it is not running 2K when running NBA 2K15 (the game will adjust the image quality according to the SoC model). After three hours, the remaining 82% of the power is already a good endurance performance. This endurance level will satisfy most people. On the whole, except for the large screen and endurance, the giant screen phone Glory NOTE 8 has no highlights. Its thick black edge, moderate appearance, and low quality 2K AMOLED screen. Although the camera is equipped with optical anti shake, the night scene performance is still a bit far from this year's domestic flagship phone, and far from Samsung and other camera kings. Giant screen phones are suitable for a small number of people, who often rely heavily on giant screens and high endurance.
