The low-end entry-level MT6735 successor MT6737 also came on stage in June and July with Konka mobile phones. The only remaining suspense is the first model of Helio P20. Recently, the Meilan series of mobile phones have called for a development (yan) cloth (chang) meeting. The so-called youth business machine is rumored to be a large screen mobile phone - Meilan Max. It is reported that the first model of Helio P20 is Meilan Max.

The performance of the Helio P10 (16 year MTK mid tier processor) at the same frequency is almost half that of the Helio X10 (15 year MTK mid tier and high-end processor). At the same time, the Helio P10 on most models in the market is still a reduced frequency version, which means that the maximum primary frequency can only reach 1.8GHz, while the maximum primary frequency of those models of Helio X10 is basically 2GHz.

1. The process has been upgraded from 28nm to 16nm. It seems that MTK has learned from the experience of 20nm leakage rate and directly used the more advanced 16nm process in the midrange processor. At the same time, the maximum main frequency is further increased to 2.3GHz, which is also due to the benefits of the low power consumption of the Cortex-A53 architecture and the 16nm process.

2. Compared with Helio P10 Helio X25/X20， The final Helio P20 finally introduced support for 6GB LPDDR4 RAM, which shortens the distance with Huawei, Samsung, Qualcomm and other processors in the aspect of storage.

3. Although both are integrated with dual ISPs, Helio P20's ISP this time is a self-developed 12bit dual ISP that supports phase focusing, with a single camera up to 24 million pixels or dual cameras up to 13 million pixels.

4. The GPU is upgraded from 700MHz Mali-T860MP2 to 900MHz Mali-T880MP2. Finally, it supports 4K video decoding and encoding, but recorded video only supports H.264 format.

5. Helio P20 lists the audio improvements separately, with the signal-to-noise ratio of 110 dB and the total harmonic distortion of less than - 95 dB.

In general, Helio P20 is a great improvement for mid tier processors. Compared with the 14/16nm Snapdragon 625 and Kirin 650 at the same level, Helio P20 still has a better performance. In fact, we can already see the Helio P20 on GFXBench long before the Phantom Max, and it has been reported that the Helio P20 will make its debut on Coolpad, TCL and other models. In contrast, the information from Meilan's mobile official WeChat account is only the guests of the concert, and the information related to the mobile phone configuration and functions is basically missing.

As for the price, stylus, appearance and other information disclosed by Baidu Tieba and @ Laopao Technology, it is just hearsay for the time being, and you can selectively believe it.
