The box certificate depicts the overall picture and function introduction of the keyboard, and the words "Won the 2016 German Red Dot Design Award" are also clearly visible.

It may be due to the trial packaging. The package is relatively simple. There is only one protective sleeve wrapped keyboard, and there are no other detailed instructions and other related accessories.

The interior is also separated from the keyboard body by a small partition line like most foreign well-known keyboard manufacturers.

According to the ergonomic design, the "plain face" keyboard has 29 keys, and is equipped with an integrated palm rest, which also conforms to the size of normal boys' palms.

Basically, it is the standard anti magnetic ring and gold plated interface of the keyboard. The nylon braided USB cable is 1.5m long, and the USB connector is also printed with the brand logo. Because it is black, the picture is not very clear.

The palm rest is a layer of honeycomb rubber material, which is comfortable to handle, but it is easy to be contaminated with dust, and the dust is particularly prominent under the black background, which is reflected by the author when taking photos.

In particular, the space bar is designed with the triangle of opposite sex. It is very convenient to place the palm on the keyboard, but it may take some time to adapt.

Other keys, like the space bar, use a skin like coating, which has a good feel, but it is easy to get fingerprints, so it needs to be cleaned frequently.

The SAO red keyboard indicator light has some matte treatment on the keyboard shell, which looks very tight, feels very comfortable, and is not easy to leave fingerprints and other marks. However, the gap at some joints on the side of the keyboard is too large, and a ring of red plastic side lights are full in bright light, but it looks a little tacky in ordinary environments.

The keyboard backplane is an outer ring composed of a circle of metal, and the interior is honeycomb plastic and four foot pads, which are also very easy to be contaminated with dust. The upper part of the backplane is written with the brand of the keyboard, barcode and other information, as well as another brand slogan of "not just for e-sports".

Simple disassembly

The author also happens to have a common mechanical keyboard EG collection of Razor Black Widow and a friend's domestic unknown mechanical keyboard, so I want to make a small comparison.

From left to right, there are Colorful T9 plus, Black Widow of Thundersnake, and domestic unknown mechanical keyboards. All three keycaps are transparent keycaps, but obviously the coating printing of Colorful T9 plus is more special. At first glance, it seems that it is opaque, more textured, and easier to identify. The colorful T9 plus on the back of the keyboard is a bit rough, and some leftovers have not been processed too much. At the same time, the colorful T9 plus, like Thundersnake, has some imperfections in dyeing from the back, and the finishing place is uneven. However, the domestic unknown keyboard is neat because of its black overall.

From top to bottom, there are Colorful T9 plus, Thundersnake Black Widow, and domestic unknown mechanical keyboards. The three keyboards happen to use different axes, namely Kaihua Green Axis, Thundersnake Orange Axis, and Unknown Black Axis. When it comes to the difference between different color axes, the green axis has a more crisp voice and strong sense of paragraphs, which means that you need to be careful of the hidden "complaints" from your roommates; The mechanical keyboard of Thundersnake in 2013 has always used the orthodox shaft body provided by CHERRY. Later, it began to introduce its own improved free shaft body. The Thundersnake orange shaft is improved on the basis of the tea shaft. It has a sense of paragraph, but the sound is small, the hand feels a bit meaty, and the pressure is between the green shaft and the black shaft. It is more suitable for players who are used to using the membrane keyboard for the first time to "go to sea" mechanical keyboard; The black axis is mostly used by game players, because its short touch range is very suitable for playing video games, but the pressure of the black axis is increasing. Friends who like to touch the bottom may want to consider the strength of their hands and the tiredness of using it for a long time.

It is worth noting that the space bar of Colorful T9 PLUS adopts the satellite axis design, and does not use the green axis like other keys, but the Kaihua red axis, which is somewhat similar to the black axis. However, in actual operation, you will find that this special space bar is very fleshy, which forms a sharp contrast with the crispness of other keys.

There is no difference between the two, but as an entertainment test, it is good for everyone to have a look.

In addition to the optional mode, the lights also support customization. The speed and direction of light switching are adjustable, which is worthy of the title of domestic lamp factory.

The lights of the three keyboards are compared from top to bottom: Colorful T9 plus, Razor Black Widow EG Collection, and domestic unknown mechanical keyboards. The domestic unknown keyboard has serious light leakage under the lighting effect. The Thundersnake has good light leakage control because it is white light, while the colorful T9 plus is in between.

The red light on the side is very domineering. God said, "There should be light"!

Compared the lights of the three keyboards, because of the EG classic, Thundersnake's is too simple and low-key. The domestic unknown keyboards do not support customization, and the side red lights of the colorful T9 PLUS add a lot of points to the lights.

Summary

First of all, famous manufacturers such as Thundersnake have also produced one handed keyboards, but the effect is average. This time, the colorful T9 plus one handed keyboard is positioned LOL keyboard, and the price is not too high in the single handed keyboard. Besides Cherry axis, the brand of Kaihua axis, unique space bar design, and the most important RGB lights are used. The appearance design is cool, and the palm rest is comfortable, The side lights are also aggressive and leak. Of course, the overall packaging is too simple, and there are almost no accessories. In addition, some shortcomings such as rough key caps also exist

In actual use, the author, as a suburbia driller, is accustomed to using the default key position, and often uses the "G" key to signal in the game. When designing the "G" key, this keyboard is used to replace the "win" of the standard keyboard There is a small sense of discomfort, which can be remedied by programming or adaptation in the later stage. In addition, there is no discomfort in the normal game, and even the battle effectiveness is multiplied in the crisp sound of the green axis. No rush also provides a smoother experience for the game's combo operation

In a word, the author was very happy in the use of this keyboard, but there was some trouble in the disassembly process, and there was a small obstacle for students who like their DIY. When I first learned about this keyboard, I thought that if you want to buy it, you need to first make sure that you are a LOL player, or that you can play games with this keyboard. Although you can change keys later, it is inevitable that you will have some discomfort in the use process; Secondly, the author believes that this keyboard is very suitable for notebook users and students living in dormitories. It does not occupy too much desktop space, but also can enjoy the pleasure brought by the mechanical keyboard. After all, it is the keyboard of Kaihua Axis. At this price, you can buy a full keyboard mechanical keyboard, but don't forget the RGB lighting effect of this colorful keyboard; Finally, the palm rest feels good and the lighting effect is cool. If you are a player who plays LOL and has a notebook or other full keyboard and likes lighting, I would strongly recommend you to use this keyboard. If you lack a keyboard or pursue cost performance, you still need to consider more. After all, as a 299 one handed keyboard, Colorful has just started, As mentioned earlier, the accessories are not very complete, the driving functions are relatively simple, and the details such as key caps still need to be improved
