As one of the input devices of a computer, the mouse is far away from other devices. I can imagine that a computer can be used without a keyboard, and even play games (such as Warcraft 3 or Red Alert). But you can never imagine how to use a computer to surf the Internet without a mouse, let alone play games (except Tetris...).

At the same time, since electronic games have added a competitive attribute, the importance of high-quality mouse and keyboard is particularly prominent. So, this time, we brought Juechen 325, an entry-level game mouse from Beigu Mahu (cheap donkey) in China. Please have a look at whether you can take the lead.

  1、 About Beichu Mahu

When I first heard of this brand, I thought, "Oh my God, someone chose such a name..."!! Later, I came across his mechanical keyboard, Kaihua Green Axis, and was impressed. In addition to the beautiful aluminum alloy decoration, the color matching of white and orange also made many black red or blue white keyboards lose some color.

Like many manufacturers, the quality control ability was always slightly inadequate in the early stage of the transition from design to actual production. At that time, the keyboard also had some minor defects in workmanship. I also took this idea to participate in this activity.

2、 Juechen 325 Unpacking

Juechen 325 uses black paper packaging, and the words and patterns on the surface are also dark lines of traditional style (so is the keyboard, but I don't know whether the black keyboard and mouse are white packaging?). The packaging is pull type, but the protection of the edge position is obviously insufficient, and has some deformation.

When opened, the mouse body is exposed. There is a thick sponge above the mouse as the top protection to prevent unnecessary abrasion marks on the front side of Juechen 325.

In fact, the content is very simple, just a mouse and a card with instructions, warranty card, certificate of conformity and schematic diagram. The orange style is also a special color of his family, from the logo on the package to the card to the product.

As mentioned earlier, the main body of the mouse is white, and is decorated with orange silica gel frame. Juechen 325 is a seven button mouse. In addition to the left and right buttons and scroll wheel buttons, there are two buttons under the scroll wheel and at the thumb. The 325 logo near the rear is actually a multi-color light with built-in breathing mode; The middle ruler is actually a DPI display bar, adjustable from 500 to 3000; In fact, there is another position that is easy to be ignored, that is, the black triangle below the scroll wheel and above the ruler, which is also an indicator light. According to the schematic diagram, it is a mode indicator light. From the perspective of use, it seems to be an indicator light of the day is the rate of return. This part will be mentioned later.

The bottom of the mouse is made of metal, and other components are built on this metal plate. There is no footpad at the bottom, but I believe that the metal footpad is more wear-resistant than the plastic footpad, and the smoothness on the mouse pad is more consistent.

Juechen 325 is a 130g heavy big mouse, which may not be particularly comfortable for female players to hold.

The USB plug has the logo of a cheap donkey, which seems to be a gold-plated connector. The wire is reticulated, and there is a shielding ring near the USB plug. However, although the wire material is good in texture, it is hard. Although the problem of hard wire material was also found when using the keyboard, the probability of keyboard movement is too small, and the mouse is also using such hard wire material, it is inevitable that there will be obstacles when moving, especially on the withdrawable computer desk.

3、 Setup and experience

I have to say that as a mouse that needs driver installation and independent client configuration, my first feeling is...... Amazing!! Forgive me for being a bit frumpy. I really haven't used a mouse that can upgrade firmware and adjust configuration before

It's not difficult to install the client, but I don't know if it's a system problem. After installation, the whole program is black when it starts the second time... It's better later.

The part that can be adjusted in the program is divided into two parts. The first part is the functional parameters such as DPI and return rate. The second page is to adjust the appearance, such as light color and flicker frequency.

All keys can be customized. It is very convenient for some special types of games, such as throwing grenades, scratching knives, and placing Breach. Finally, it is not necessary to find letters on the keyboard.

In addition, the configuration shared by others on the network can be downloaded after registration. I think this design is very good, but there is no scoring or evaluation function for the downloaded configuration, and there is no labeling for matching games or game types, which is completely unknown to other users.

In terms of use experience, I found three games to test. The two RTS games are Warcraft 3 and Intrusion Action, and the classic FPS game CS 1.6.

In terms of setting, the DPI is set to 2000, and the return rate is 250Hz. There is no key customization.

One of the two RTS games, Warcraft and Invasion, is competitive while the other is casual. For the more nervous Warcraft, the peak APM of enthusiasts like me does not exceed 160. Juechen 325 can handle it properly. In all kinds of positions, consciousness is far ahead of hand speed

In terms of invasion, it is more leisurely, and the combat situation is more complex. At the same time, the number of troops dispatched is more, and the process is similar to that of interstellar. When units are hung up, there is little time to operate, only occasionally moving units in the bombing area or artillery area. Especially when there are artillery units participating in the war, most of the time they are watching the special effects of the artillery on the screen. The mouse can hardly see the shaking caused by the explosion of the artillery (artillery special effects), let alone the operation. However, it is still very comfortable to play. The 2000DPI finally does not need to roll the mouse with a full mouse pad, and cross theater operations are not troublesome without the Home button.

  For the classic CS of FPS, the DPI of 2000 seems to be a little maladjusted. It moves too fast, and the results are very bad. It's depressing that all kinds of sniper rifles can't be hit. But I'm glad that pistols and assault rifles are very easy to use. The only thing I feel uncomfortable about is that Juechen 325 is slightly larger. Although the key area is large, I prefer to hold games like CS more firmly.

4、 Summary

As a hundred yuan level game mouse, Juechen 325 performs well in all aspects, with obvious advantages and outstanding cost performance in the same level:

1. Up to 3000 DPI, support client and mouse body adjustment;

2. The rate of return is adjustable, as high as 1000Hz, which is good news for RTS games;

3. There are lights!! Whether it's a breath lamp or a horse running lamp, there are still many colors. Although you can't see it when you play the game, the Bigger is full when you take it out!!

4. The special adjustment client, as well as the Profile sharing function, is also a good way to learn (sell goods) by transferring the adjusted configuration between different players. Many mice and keyboards are popular because they are used by famous players.

5. Apart from the common left, middle and right buttons, the seven button device has four additional buttons that can be customized. In addition, with client configuration, you can adjust button customization through different configurations in different games, which is also a good design for ordinary players.

However, after several days of use, there are still shortcomings to be improved:

1. First of all, although the overall workmanship is good, the defects are still obvious. The aluminum plate tip at the bottom is obviously bumped, and the plastic sheet in the optical area at the bottom has obvious wear marks. A lot of silicone materials are used, but the injection molding quality of silicone materials needs to be improved. In addition, the wire is slightly harder and sometimes gets stuck.

   
   

2. Then there is the problem with the client. It throws a bug that is completely black when using. The configuration file cannot be previewed, and only the name can be seen. Then there is no confirmation key such as "save" and "application" for configuration adjustment. Only the application key of a profile can be used, which is not clear enough.

3. Thirdly, the description uses the term "mode key", but in fact, there is no explanation of what mode this key adjusts, nor is there any explanation in the configuration. (My personal guess is that the rate of return is adjusted, but I'm not sure.)

In general, although there are still some defects and things that need to be improved, considering the price, performance and Bigger, the overall cost performance ratio is very good. It will be a good option for users with limited budgets who expect better feel and performance.
