For modern people, the most wasteful place of time is the traffic jam on the way to and from work. Watching the long traffic on the road every day and the anxious crowd may have become an alternative landscape of the city. In order to seize time, more people choose to overtake and seize the road. The inevitable situation is that various types of accidents continue to occur. What makes people even more angry is that there are some professional porcelain touch teams who make a living by entrapping car owners. If there is not enough evidence, they may have to admit that they are unlucky. In case of an accident, it is convenient to identify, and anti-collision porcelain makes the DASH CAM now a must for most car owners. The author recently introduced a new type of DASH CAM, Meihang Wireless Wifi DASH CAM from Mijia.

Meihang Wireless Wifi DASH CAM is packaged with environment-friendly paper, and the overall color is white. It adopts a snap on design. There is no redundant design on the front and side except for the signs of Mijia and Meihang.

The back of the package is the basic technical parameters of the product. Meihang MC6 DASH CAM has six major features, including mobile phone wifi connectivity, gesture and voice photography, 1080P high-definition video, F1.8 large aperture, GPS positioning, Panasonic image sensor and 152 degree wide-angle photography.

The tachograph includes the recorder host, power supply line and on-board charger. At the same time, two additional 3M stickers are provided for users to remove the recorder and paste it again in the future.

The product manual of the tachograph must be read carefully, and the wiring and simple instructions for use need to be understood.

Because the MC6 is fixed with 3M adhesive, it is still very solid. However, it is difficult to remove it after pasting. Of course, the product also provides an additional set of 3M adhesive for fixing as a backup.

The length of the charging line is enough to meet the user's wiring needs. At the same time, the GPS function is also provided at the end of the power supply line. The GPS is also fixed with 3M glue.

In order to facilitate the daily use of users, Meihang is similar to other similar products and provides a dedicated car charger.

The car charger adopts galvanized charging contact terminals to ensure good contact effect. DC12-24V input mode is adopted for car charging, which can basically meet the requirements of all models.

The output interfaces of the on-board charger are DC5V/1A and DC5V/2.4A. The charging output port of 1A is the power supply input port of the tachograph. The high current output port is the charging port for users' daily mobile phones and pads.

The car charger has a blue LED status indicator.

The dash cam adopts a cylindrical design, with a lens on the right side of the front end. Meihang uses the Hisense 3156_V200 professional image processor supplemented by Panasonic full HD image sensor. The lens uses 6 layers of glass and 1 layer of infrared filter. The lens has F1.8 aperture and 152 degree wide-angle shooting function.

The left side of the product is the power supply interface and TF card input port of the tachograph, and the reset hole of the product is also located here. Meihang supports a Class 10 TF card with a maximum support of 64GB. After the storage is used up, it will automatically cycle over the video. 64GB can record 800 minutes of video, and 16GB can record 200 minutes. For daily use, 200 minutes is enough to meet the needs of users.

The 90 degree position of the camera is the microphone and gesture sensing area of the product. The function of taking pictures can be easily realized through gestures, and the function of voice taking pictures can be realized through "Mijia taking pictures" and "Mijia eggplant".

The tachograph adopts a rotating design. After installation, the angle can be adjusted by selecting the tachograph to ensure the best position for shooting.

The camera end of the DASH CAM is the voice outlet of the DASH CAM. Meihang has rich voice prompt functions, including corresponding voice prompts for power on, connection and photography.

The product provides two LED working indicators, red is the power indicator, and green is the working status indicator.

The power supply line of the tachograph can be installed according to the instructions, and the wire can be fixed in the rubber pad and the inner shell. After the installation, there is no exposed line on the appearance, which is intuitive and very clean. GPS is pasted on the top right side of the front windshield. Because it is very small, it will not cause any incongruity.

In order to prevent blocking the line of sight, Meihang DASH CAM can be pasted in front of the rearview mirror without blocking.

Seen from the front of the car, the DASH CAM can completely cover the front of the rearview mirror. There is no additional occlusion of the line of sight, and good shooting function can be achieved through angle adjustment.

The position of GPS pasting is still hidden, so it will not cause any uncomfortable situation for daily driving.

Because there is no screen, Meihang's observation function can be most intuitive through APP, of course, connecting the TF card to the computer is also possible. After all, mobile phones are convenient to use. Meihang connects via WiFi. It is very simple to connect according to the instructions.

Through APP, you can set various functions of the DASH CAM, such as photo correlation, which is a very practical function. Of course, Meihang also provides a parking monitoring function, which will automatically turn on the DASH CAM. Besides 1080P recorder, 720P recording function is also provided. In terms of collision sensitivity, Meihang offers a variety of options, which users can choose according to their own conditions.

The tachograph provides very detailed recording functions, including mileage and operation location. Of course, for Shenzhen users, it also provides the function of violation.

The main page of the DASH CAM is very simple. It has a click to take a picture function and an additional historical record observation function. Similarly, the APP of the DASH CAM can intuitively watch the running route, and has a very detailed recording function for kilometers, which is convenient for users to trace.

After connecting with the mobile phone, Meihang APP will automatically save the pictures on the user's mobile phone for convenience. The recorder's video is saved on the TF card by default. Now let's experience the actual effect of the DASH CAM. When the sun is shining in the daytime, the DASH CAM has a very good experience effect. The author will not say much about it. After 5:30 p.m., after the sun sets, the author goes out to experience. The DASH CAM can perfectly record the license plates of vehicles in the front of a parking space. After zooming in, the license plates are displayed very clearly, However, due to the shooting angle, the license plates of the lanes on both sides that are too close to the car body may not be clearly photographed. However, as long as the parking space is slightly forward, the shooting is very good. This is related to the shooting angle of the DASH CAM. It is worth mentioning that the voice control function of Meihang MC6 is very powerful. Because I live locally all the year round, I began to worry that the local accent could not be controlled. Through the actual measurement of the author and his wife, the recognition rate of standard Mandarin was up to more than 99%. The author found that there was basically no failure, but when using Mandarin with a local accent, The recognition rate is more than 80%, which should be said that this function is very easy to use. However, it should be noted that the author's tests were completed in a relatively good environment. If you listen to music in the car or there is a lot of noise outside, it is recommended that you take pictures and record short videos by gesture when necessary.

Although the DASH CAM does not have infrared night vision function, because the lens is equipped with infrared filters, the shooting effect at night is also very good. The license plate number of a parking space can be clearly seen. Of course, the situation at night is relatively complicated. Due to light and other conditions, the effect is relatively worse than that in the daytime, which is sufficient for users' daily use.
