From the characteristics of operating systems in the whole industry, the dominance of Android operating system is still hard to shake, accounting for 65%, iOS accounting for 27%, and other systems sharing the remaining 8%.
In terms of consumer payment characteristics, 76% of online shopping transactions are completed at the wireless end, and the share of the PC end is shrinking.
In terms of consumer groups, online shopping has an obvious trend of youth, with the total proportion of people under 29 years old accounting for more than 60%, and the largest number of online shoppers are those aged 19-24 years old, accounting for 32%.
From the gender perspective of consumers, the mobile online shopping industry shows a male dominated trend, with 65% of mobile online shopping completed by men. Apple, Xiaomi, Samsung, Huawei and Meizu are the top five mobile phone brands in terms of overall online sales and turnover. In terms of hot consumption areas, the 20 provinces with the largest number of online mobile phones are Guangdong, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shandong, Fujian, Sichuan, Henan, Hebei, Guangxi, Hubei, Anhui, Hunan, Shanghai, Jiangxi, Beijing, Guizhou, Shaanxi, Liaoning, Yunnan and Chongqing.
In terms of cities in hot consumer areas, Guangzhou, Shanghai, Shenzhen and Beijing have the largest online shopping volume, but Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou have lost to Shenzhen in the list of online mobile phone spending, which indicates that the Shenzhen market prefers mobile phones with higher consumer prices. In addition, there are also consumption differences between Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou: Blackberry is cold in Guangzhou and hot in Beijing; Meizu and LeTV are more popular in Guangzhou than in Beijing and Shanghai.
