The back of the colorful T9Plus is equipped with four anti slip pads, and the bottom is equipped with seven "cross" fixing screws. Users can easily disassemble the back cover and view the internal panel directly. As a mature product that won the German Red Dot Design Award, the author believes that such a unique design should be done more carefully in the way of fixing or removing the rear cover. At the same time, we can also see that the data transmission line is very solid, and antimagnetic interference has been made, which is also the preparation for every precise tapping.

Structure and design

The removal of the key cap is very easy. The author compares the colorful T9Plus and Raytheon K7. The key cap of the colorful T9Plus can be taken out almost directly with fingers, while the key cap of Raytheon K7 can be taken out only when it is shaken from left to right with a special extractor. For the firmness of the key cap, the colorful T9Plus still needs to be strengthened. After all, many people will put the colorful T9Plus into their backpacks and take it to the Internet cafes for use. The falling off or loss of the key cap will be a great disappointment to the players who are going to play LOL.

The T9Plus main keyboard uses the green axis, which is commonly used at present. The green axis is the representative axis of mechanical keyboard, and it is the strongest in Cherry axis in terms of paragraph sense, click sound, and mechanical sense. The green axis has a very good paragraph sense, but as a game keyboard, the green axis is not the best choice.

The space bar of the colorful T9Plus skillfully uses the lower right corner of the keyboard to design a triangle, using the red axis. The author repeatedly compared the operating pressure of the green axis of the colorful T9Plus and the black axis of the Raytheon K7. The difference between the two pressures is still obvious. As for the click sound, the author believes that the black axis of the K7 is more crisp and has a stronger sense of operation. This may be the difference between workmanship and materials. After all, the stability and percussion sound of the K7 all metal keyboard are more qualitative.

For key caps, light transmittance is also an important factor affecting their overall appearance. Compared with the colorful T9Plus and Raytheon K7, the colorful T9Plus is more outstanding. The author tested the light transmittance of both in the backlight environment with the mobile phone flash turned on. Generally speaking, they are relatively tight, but the light transmittance of the keycap letters of the colorful T9Plus is more uniform and easy to see. PS： In fact, the key cap of Raytheon K7 is thicker and more pressure resistant, while the colorful T9Plus key cap is slightly inferior.

After power on, we found that the lighting effect of the colorful T9Plus was good, and the clearance between the keys and caps was sinking, just showing the set color mode, with a clear sense of suspension.

Remove the key cap, we can see that the light of the colorful T9Plus is above the mechanical shaft, and there is no protective shell. This is also the difference between T9Plus and Raytheon K7. At the same time, the mechanical keyboard area sinks as a whole, which is easy to deposit sundries (such as melon seed shells, biscuit crumbs, etc.) during daily use. These sundries may affect the appearance and even the service life of the colorful lamp.

However, the author believes that the most fatal thing is that the keyboard is not waterproof. Once it is splashed with water, the entire keyboard area will be the most severely affected area, which is fatal damage to the keyboard.

Use and suggestions

It has to be said that the colorful T9Plus single handed mechanical keyboard is very easy to use, and it almost needs not too long to run in. The palm is still comfortable after being put on. The overall size design is very consistent with the human operation mode, and it will not be tired after being used for a long time. It is especially suitable for the peripheral devices of the notebook, but it is also necessary to ensure that the left side of the notebook has a position of more than 30cm for comfortable operation. As far as personal experience is concerned, the setting of direction keys "A", "S", "W" and "D" is slightly lower, and it can go up about 5mm more.

Colorful T9 has its own "Streaming Light", "Instantly Changing", "Colorful Clouds", "Colorful", "Pointing the Mountains" and "Static" modes, which support the adjustment of brightness and change speed. The above figure shows the user-defined light designed by the author, and the color of any light can be freely set. The author sets the direction keyboard to red, the LOL city return keyboard "B" to cyan, and the user-defined light keyboard "6" to purple. The setting process can basically achieve second synchronization: that is, the color set by the driver is immediately displayed on the keyboard, which is very playable. At the same time, T9Plus can also make macro settings, which can realize the knock of one key cap to define the combo of multiple key caps. Of course, this will only have special effects on special characters in special games.
