At that time, I thought it was a very interesting company. I didn't expect that I would be lucky to get this star disk M7 in the future. Xingpan Technology Company is mainly engaged in intelligent hardware. It is a very innovative company. Why? Because this star disk M7... it has its own operating system... Yes, this speaker can work independently.

The speakers we use in our daily life are connected to mobile phones and computers through Bluetooth or AUX cable to make sound. This brings about the situation that we can't live without mobile phones and computers. To some extent, the Moment OS music operating system of M7 solves the problem that speakers rely too much on mobile phones and computers. So is it really a revolutionary technology? 1: Unpacking and appearance

Appearance summary:

The star disk M7 in my hand is silver, with a high face value. The size of the body is 100x100x125mm. From the comparison with the watch in the figure above, it can not be seen that its size is quite small. The 6600mAh battery hidden in such a small size also makes the body weight reach 900g, which is quite heavy in a portable speaker.

The design of the M7 can be said to be very versatile. It can be used in the kitchen, study and living room. No matter where you put it in your home, it will not appear abrupt. The design of the round protruding screen on the top is quite ingenious, which will inadvertently bring you beautiful enjoyment, as shown in the figure.

On the whole, I'm quite satisfied with the appearance of the M7. It's beautiful, clean, and doesn't take up space. It can be versatile.

After talking about its advantages, I would also like to mention its disadvantages... that is, portability... The 900g weight basically said goodbye to taking it out with me. Because it is too heavy, and also the specification of the charging port, as mentioned above, the original charger must not be lost because of the round socket

2: Experience interaction

The operation method of M7 is very simple. There are only two kinds, namely, rotation+button.

Operation summary:

In fact, at the beginning, it was a touch screen, but the concave convex mirror design may make it difficult to realize the touch screen. Personally, I think that the astrolabe technology has abandoned simple control methods for the sake of appearance. After all, the main function of the speaker is listening to music. Of course, if I had to choose, I would definitely choose the face value. The sound quality and good looks are the most important!!

3: Charging and endurance

I made a small test, emptied all the electricity, and then started charging. At 19:05 pm, the battery was fully charged by about 22:18. Here is a small question that I hope the astrolabe can improve. The power displayed on WeChat is always a little less than full, but the power display of the speaker itself is full. I'm not sure which is the real data, So I can only roughly estimate the charging time as 3 hours. Later, I asked the customer service, and the official charging time was 3-4 hours.

In terms of the endurance, I tested it. The volume is 50, and it can be played continuously for about 9-10 hours. I am quite satisfied with the endurance performance.

4：Moment OS

To be honest, I'm a little ashamed. It's the first time I've heard of a speaker with its own operating system after paying attention to the intelligent hardware for so long... Let's talk about the music operating system briefly. Personally, I think it is more an app with wifi module than a system. Moment OS integrates Douban FM and Himalayan FM, and you can log in your account directly through WeChat. The operation logic has been mentioned above, and the operation method is very simple. Now let's take a look at its operation interface.

You can also send the song+song name directly to find the song, and click it to play it directly.

Figure 2 in the above figure is the WeChat message function. The use scenario I can think of is: A works outside and suddenly thinks of something and sends a WeChat message to M7. At this time, B who receives the message needs to be right next to the speaker... and then can receive the message... (Hey, why not send WeChat directly?) Hahaha jokingly, the actual use scenario should be that there are children at home, and then leave a message: I will go home later, There are vegetables in the refrigerator, you can warm them up. So Personally, I think the WeChat message function is not used too frequently, but it is better than nothing.

In addition, Starboard M7 supports multiple transmission protocols such as Airplay, DLNA, and QPlay. That is, as long as your digital products are connected to the same wifi, you can let the voice of any device play on Starboard M7. In addition to the official QQ music, any other playback software in the mobile phone can be played on the M7 through DLNA.

System summary:

On the whole, there are quite a few ways to play the Star Disk M7... except for the lack of Bluetooth, there are all other ways to play. In addition, M7 has 4G memory, which supports offline playback. I show here that the actual available memory is about 1.1G, and 3M music can play more than 300 songs, which is quite a lot.

The operation logic of Moment OS is also very simple, and there is no learning cost. Offline songs can be downloaded through WeChat, timed shutdown, sleep mode and other functions that should be available as music players. The design of Moment OS is very practical.

However, M7 has a small disadvantage, that is, its response speed is not fast enough. After the endpoint of the music phone playing through DLNA pauses, the chassis will stop playing for about 3 seconds.

5: Sound quality

The M7 is equipped with a quad core CPU, a Hi Fi codec, a professional DSP chip, and a dual neodymium magnet long stroke full frequency horn and dual passive film enhancement. It should be able to produce a very impressive sound depending on the parameters. How do you feel actually?

Auditory sense : The voice of the vocal part is clear, and the mid-range performance is quite good, but the treble is a bit difficult to get up. Low frequency is shocking, but my personal taste is still weak. I feel that low frequency is slightly weaker, which will be more durable.

Auditory sense : Same as above. The mid frequency feels great, but the high frequency feels powerless. The low frequency is still strong and powerful. You can feel the vibration of the table on the side. Compared with Xiaomi 199's Bluetooth speaker, the tuning of the M7 is much heavier than Xiaomi's Bluetooth speaker. The sound and BGM are much heavier.

Summary of sound quality:

The sound quality is different for everyone. The sound quality of M7 is relatively taste oriented, but there is no lack of details while emphasizing the mouth, which is commendable. I think it is very suitable for setting off the atmosphere among a group of friends. The effect of playing that kind of songs is quite good. Of course, it is also competent when one wants to be quiet. So on the whole, there is no doubt about its sound quality. After all, its configuration is quite good.

The sound quality is also quite conscientious. The sound field thickness is much stronger than my Xiaomi Bluetooth speaker, and the stereo sense is also much stronger. Every price, every product

However, the official price of 899 will still deter most people, so the biggest disadvantage of M7 is that the price is slightly higher
