Micro socket Z1:
The biggest difference between this micro socket Z1 and the micro socket M5 is that it supports zigbee protocol. In general, zigbee protocol is a low-power LAN protocol. Its biggest advantages are short distance, low-power, self-organization, and low data rate. So that's why we named it Z1.
When you open the box directly, the first thing you see is the after-sales service card and the user manual. The packaging method is basically the same as that of the micro socket M5.
Take out the micro socket Z1, its volume is slightly larger than that of ordinary row plug, and the specific specifications are: length 271mm, width 77mm, maximum thickness 50mm, minimum thickness 25mm, and weight 590g. The socket is designed in white and matches with the front acrylic black panel, which is very beautiful.
The jack layout of the micro socket Z1 is relatively coordinated. The design of four power jacks plus two USB charging ports can basically meet the power demand of users.
The power socket adopts the five hole socket design of the new national standard, which is more practical. In addition, the surface of the socket adopts the sanding process, which effectively prevents the surface scratches caused by the plug plug.
The micro socket Z1 has two USB charging interfaces with different powers. The interface surface of the micro socket is of inclined design. The maximum power of the USB interface at the low end is 5V 2.1A, and the maximum power of the remaining USB interfaces is 5V 1A, which can fully meet the charging needs of different mobile devices.

The appearance of the micro socket Z1 is designed according to ergonomics, and it has a unique appearance. Its jack angle and the degree of the desktop are 18.5 degrees, while the angle of the touch panel and the desktop is 70 degrees. It is very convenient to plug and pull the socket or touch switch. Considering that the micro socket Z1 can not only control the switch with touch keys, but also serve as the positioning of the smart socket, Therefore, in our actual use, we don't plug and unplug frequently, just touch the panel switch or the mobile phone for remote operation.

The microswitch is a smart product that supports ZigBee protocol, and the packaging is still simple white.

The micro switch adopts a simple white design, because its surface is a transparent arc acrylic panel, so it not only has a grand appearance, but also feels comfortable. The microswitch has three independent circuit controls, plus the function of opening and closing three groups of lines at the same time, so the microswitch has four switch buttons up, down, left and right. The upper button and the left and right buttons independently control a single circuit, and the bottom button can simultaneously control the function of opening and closing three groups of lines at the same time.
When installing, the L end is connected to the live wire, and the rest of L1, L2, and L3 are connected to the neutral wire. Consumers who know a little about the circuit can install it by themselves.
Microgateway
The ZigBee protocol is used for both the micro socket and the micro switch. Although it can transmit in a very fast and low-power network, the ZigBee network must have a control center similar to the role of a router to complete the construction of the entire intelligent control. Therefore, the Atsmart smart home package must also have a control center, which is a micro gateway.
The packaging box of the micro gateway is still in white design. The family photo contains the micro gateway, instructions, power supply, USB cable and a network cable.
The appearance design of the micro gateway is very similar to that of the micro switch, which is white on the whole, and it still uses a transparent acrylic panel design on the front.
At the rear side of the micro gateway, all interfaces are centralized. From the left to the left, there are reset key, power interface, WAN interface, LAN interface and USB interface.
Three foot pads are designed at the bottom of the micro gateway, and the small holes on both sides also support wall hanging.

Practical use:
The Atsmart smart home package can't be separated from the remote control of the mobile phone, and its remote control software installation is not controlled by installing independent apps like other smart products. No matter whether it is a micro socket, micro switch or micro gateway, there is a "micro" character, so you only need a WeChat to control them. Scan the QR code at the bottom of the WeChat to follow the official account of the WeChat gateway. Here, the author is also wondering why the official account is not a WeChat gateway or an Atsmart smart home, but a microswitch when the QR code scanning is clearly a WeChat gateway? This can only be solved by the official.
The micro gateway supports wired connection and wireless connection. For convenience, the author first uses wireless connection, directly press and hold the reset key for more than 8 seconds, then click on the WeChat terminal to connect, set the wifi password, and so on. The author has tried many times in succession, and finally failed. Finally, the official customer service answered that the wireless connection is not stable at present, Wired connection is recommended.
So the author took apart the network cable and started the wired connection, but it was still simple. Just insert the two ends of the network cable into the micro gateway and the router at home. In addition, the author also asked the function of the USB interface behind the micro gateway, and the answer is that the USB interface does not have any function at present. Well, I hope some practical functions can be added later.
After tens of seconds of connection, the indicator light of the micro gateway starts to be green, which also indicates that the networking is successful.
The micro gateway has been set successfully, and the micro socket is relatively simple. It can be set and connected as long as the power is plugged in and powered on. In the absence of networking, the micro socket Z1 can only be used as an ordinary socket.
The microswitch also needs to be connected to the circuit to complete the networking installation. The acrylic panel of the micro switch can be removed directly. After removal, installation can begin.
First, you need to set the location you want to install.
Although the microswitch supports three line control, unfortunately, the switches in my home are all single lines, so only one group of lines can be installed. The author connects the L end to the live line and the L2 end to the neutral line.
After the cable is connected, it can be fixed and installed with its own screws.
Finally, the acrylic panel is installed, and all the microswitches are installed, which is very simple.
When both the micro socket and the micro switch are powered on, we can set up networking. Click My Switch on the WeChat end to directly access my device option, where we can add devices such as micro socket or micro switch.
After clicking Add Device, click Z at the Z1 end of the micro socket, and press the key at the microswitch end for a long time to complete the networking settings of these two smart products, which is very simple.
After the networking settings are completed, remote control can be performed on the mobile phone.
The microswitch not only supports remote control on the WeChat end, but also can be directly controlled on the button end. Because the author's microswitch only has one group of lines, and believes that the most suitable pressing position for the switch light is below the pressing, the author has installed the microswitch upside down, which is more convenient for practical operation.

In addition to the actual control and remote WeChat operation, let's see what other functions WeChat has.
Naming and icon functions:
Whether it is a micro socket or a micro switch, text naming and icon setting can be performed for each socket or switch. When remote control is performed, it is more clear which powered device you control. However, since there are few icon settings available, it is recommended to directly set detailed text descriptions in actual use.
Group function:
This function supports group control of a socket or switch of the micro socket and micro switch. It can turn on or off some sockets of the micro socket and some switches in the micro switch at the same time with one key. In the actual scene, you can actually add a group mode of going home. For example, when you get home, you can turn on the lights in the living room with one button, and turn on the power of the TV or computer at the same time, which is faster.
Task function:
This function can open or close the micro socket, micro switch or group function regularly. With regard to this function, the author suggests adding the countdown shutdown function of devices or groups in the task function. For example, when charging the mobile phone, it is set to automatically power off after the phone is fully charged. For example, the oxygen charger connected to the fish tank is automatically turned off after how many times it is turned on, instead of using WeChat to set it to be turned on once, it is also set to be turned off again. It is expected that it can be set at the same time.

Today, the Atsmart smart home suite I experience adds zigbee interconnection function on the basis of the original intelligence, and can also expand other open ZigBee terminals.
