If the mobile phones hang up or lose the photos and videos inside, it will be very painful. Fortunately, cloud albums can be automatically backed up, It is not convenient to share it with your family on TV, and the security of cloud security is also a concern of the author. Later, the author hung a hard disk on the router to store files, photos, videos, etc., but it was simply used as a storage disk. It was not very convenient to share and import mobile phones. 1. Appearance appreciation:

I received two boxes, which were very important. One box was filled with cloud sticks (control part), and the other was filled with storage disks. The design of separate control and storage also facilitates future upgrades.

This is the control part of the cloud stick. The processor is a quad core Cortex-A9, with a frequency of 2.0GHz. It has 2GB storage and 8GB body memory. The network supports 2.4G WiFi/LAN and 4K HD. These configurations are enough for a family "NAS" dedicated to photo and video storage.

The whole body of the cloud wand is made of metal aluminum, and has been anodized, with excellent texture and feel. The covers at both ends can be opened for external expansion. It supports up to eight external storage rods, just like the golden hoop rod.

The other side is the interface of the cloud wand. From the left is the power interface, optical interface, USB interface, power on/off key, HDMI video output and LAN cable interface.

Unscrew the cover on both ends of the cloud stick. There is a white point on the edge as the combination indicator point, and three groups of metal contacts in the middle. This is the unique standard interface of the cloud stick, and can be used to connect external storage sticks. The metal contacts on these two ends are not exactly the same. One end is three groups of six points, and one end is three groups of seven points. The author tried to use either end of the cloud stick in conjunction with the storage disk, It is estimated that the seven points are for the docking of storage rods.

The storage disk is a 1TB mechanical hard disk. Thanks to the disassembly of the lordwish children's boots, we learned that the hard disk is a western black disk, which is a mechanical hard disk with excellent performance and belongs to the enterprise level, and pays more attention to data security and storage speed.

The storage disk, like the cloud stick, is also made of metal aluminum, and its surface is also anodized. The difference is that the storage disk uses a circular flying saucer shaped design, which also acts as a base. There is also an interface on the upper part of the storage disk. The metal contacts are also three groups, with six contacts. The unified modular interface is easy to install and upgrade.

The heat dissipation holes at the other end can prevent the hard disk from overheating after a long time of operation.

When using, you need to combine the cloud wand and the storage disk. When combining, you just need to aim at the white spot, rotate it and feel it locked.

After power on, the blue indicator lights of the cloud wand and storage disk will be on.

After power on, the word "Meibei ke" displayed on the screen needs to be activated before use.

Access the Internet according to the screen prompts to complete the activation of Cloud Stick.

After activation, you will enter the Cloud Stick UI interface. The UI interface is simple, with only three options: family image library, download and settings. The family image library is the uploaded picture, the download is the QR code of APP download, and the settings can set the parameters related to cloud wand.

The settings of the Cloud Stick UI are generally not four parts: Cloud Stick Management, Network Settings, General Settings, and About.

In Cloud Stick Management, you can view and add members, query capacity, and set image backups.

Setting an image requires two storage sticks with the same capacity. The advantage of an image is that it has higher security. In case of loss or damage, it can also extract files from another storage gang. It is estimated that these two storage gangs are expensive.

The ordinary operation of power-off is a little troublesome in the cloud wand. You need to set - cloud wand management - power-off, and then confirm according to the screen. I don't know what this setting means, so I suggest changing it.

For better security, Cloud Stick supports dual WiFi and an intranet WiFi to ensure privacy.

There are only two categories in the general settings: "screen setting" and "screen saver setting". The screen setting resolution is set to "automatic" by the author, and the maximum resolution is only 1080P, not 4K. It may support 4K file display, but the actual display resolution is not necessarily 4K, as the author understands it.

3. Mobile APP experience:

For the time being, the file upload of Cloud Stick can only be realized through the mobile app, which supports Android and IOS systems, and can be downloaded by scanning the QR code.

According to the APP prompt, register and bind the phone.

APP can be mainly divided into: "My Space", "Family Circle", "Smart Home Center" and the settings in the upper right corner.

"My Space" contains my film, my files and my collection. " My film "can be understood as a mobile phone album, and the photos opened in it are also in the mobile phone album. At the beginning of the design of Cloud Stick, privacy was fully taken into consideration, and the content uploaded by itself was not shared, only you can see it, and one account corresponds to one folder.

The "Family Circle" is displayed as a family gallery, in which photos and videos are shared after uploading, and can be seen by everyone.

”The Smart Home Center can use the mobile phone as a remote control, and can open and scan the QR code.

”In "Settings", please set upload/download only under WiFi, otherwise, because automatic upload.

In Settings, you can view the information related to setting cloud bars, including member management, parent bar information, capacity query, and image backup.

By default, Yunbang uploads all the photos in the camera album, which cannot be selected. Whether you need to back up or not, Yunbang is so "domineering", and we have no right to choose at all. From the "upload record", we can see that the author has more than 2000 pictures in his mobile phone, waiting to be uploaded. Oh MGD, too inhuman. This is very bad! You can't choose by yourself.

4. Projection and photo video presentation:

When photos are not uploaded to the cloud stick, they can be displayed by projection, as can videos.

These are the photos that have been shared in the Cloud Stick album. You can switch them by pressing the left and right buttons on the remote control, or they can be played automatically.

This is the video shared to Cloud Stick album. The actual experience of playing it is still stress free. It is all 1080P high-definition video. It may be due to the problem of the source itself. Occasionally, there will be a jam.

After such a long struggle, I finally got this cloud wand. Why is it said that it was a struggle? The author is really puzzled. Because Mao mobile phones can be whizzing back up, but computers can't? I thought it was an operation problem. Is the USB interface a device? u There was no response when the disk was inserted. I thought that there would be a shared hard disk symbol in the LAN. How could that be? There was nothing. When I thought that the photos and videos of more than ten gigabytes in my hard disk would be moved in through my mobile phone bit by bit, they would collapse. I suggest that the manufacturer must improve the backup of the computer. In addition, whether it is possible to expand the functions, not just backup videos and photos, Important files can also be placed. It would be better to have a remote access. People in other places can back up photos to the cloud wand. In fact, the function of cloud wand is really powerful. For example, placing a cloud wand in your parents' home can realize remote backup, adding a set of storage sticks can form an image backup, and the unique internal and external dual WiFi makes the intranet safer.
