Since Microsoft launched the surface series of two in one devices, many manufacturers have followed this trend, and even Apple has launched the same product, iPad Pro. Chiwei, which has always been committed to tablet manufacturers, also launched a PC/tablet two in one computer device HiBook in March this year. In order to give consideration to light office and entertainment, Chiwei has adopted Win10 and Android 5.1 dual systems for HiBook. This time, I want to evaluate this HiBooK tablet computer. Before the evaluation, I have used it as a home notebook for more than ten days to ensure that I have a comprehensive understanding of it. I hope to bring you an unprofessional but absolutely true evaluation.

[Unpacking]

▲ People live a face, trees live a skin, no matter how good a product is, it needs good packaging as a backdrop, and Chiwei is no exception. Chiwei HiBook uses environment-friendly kraft paper packaging materials favored by many manufacturers. The front screen printing is also very simple, which is the same as the packaging style of domestic Xiaomi. It can be seen from the "Intel inside" silk screen logo that the guy lying inside is using Intel's processing chip.

In addition to the national standard 3C certification, there are CE certification in the European Union and FCC certification in the United States, which shows that Chiwei HiBook is not limited to the domestic market. When I first got the product, I thought that the products that I dared to promote in foreign markets should not be bad, otherwise I would lose my face and lose it abroad.

[Hardware appearance]

▲ Chichi is equipped with a 10.1 inch (256mm) IPS display screen for HiBook. The IPS screen color will be more realistic than that of the same level products. The wide perspective enables you to obtain a good visual experience in the tablet mode. The resolution of the screen is 1920 * 1200, which is at the mainstream level of this size, and the display effect is relatively good. A 2 million front camera is also attached at the top of the screen, which can meet the needs of users for video chat.

▲ The back of HiBook is made of aluminum magnesium alloy, and the surface has undergone a delicate sanding process. With the excessive arc of the edge, it will have a very good grip in the flat mode. A 5 million yuan rear camera is placed on the top of the back, but Xiao Bian thinks it is a chicken rib. Compared with mobile phones, the relatively rough image quality makes it difficult to have the desire to lift it for taking photos or videos. Therefore, the rear camera should either be configured with higher pixels or not.

▲ First of all, the HiBook keyboard is not matched and needs to be purchased separately, which is a bit unreliable for products like two in one. Let's talk about the appearance and use experience of the keyboard. From the overall appearance and layout of the keyboard, it is no different from the ordinary notebook keyboard (except that the size is a little smaller). The whole surface adopts the same sanding process as the host computer. The keyboard has sufficient resilience and quick response when hitting. Although the key stroke is short, it still feels comfortable. After a long time of use, it will not feel too tired, while the experience of the touchpad is poor. Although there are no major shortcomings, there are no highlights in the overall experience. It is no problem to meet the daily work.

When installed, it is the computer mode. The opening and closing angle of the keyboard rotating shaft is 0 to 120 degrees, and the damping sense is just right during the opening and closing process.

[Dual System UI Interface]

▲ Since HiBook is equipped with dual systems of win10 and Android 5.1, it will first enter a system selection interface after starting up. If it is not selected, it will default to the last running system. In addition, it needs to be noted that during the boot up process, the system logo cannot be clicked with the touch screen, but can only be selected through the volume up and down keys. At the beginning, Xiao Bian was a little confused. He tried to poke the logo on the screen but didn't respond. He thought the machine was down.

▲ Win10 has the advantages of combining Win7 and Win8 systems on the interface, such as the start button, left sliding to present the setting bar, etc., which is believed to be one of the reasons that most users like it. Although Win10 has compatibility problems with some professional software, it will not have such problems with simple office software such as Office and PS.

▲ Android system must be familiar to many users, but HiBook's Android interface is natural and pure, and no APP is pre installed. In fact, it is better for a small editor to download whatever he wants, without any restrictions. To switch the system, just press the power key for a long time. In the pop-up dialog box, you can choose to switch to the win system without going through the steps of power off, power on, and selection. It is very convenient.

Performance

▲ Chiwei HiBook uses an inter 64bit 4-core processor, 4G high-speed low-power DDR3L memory, 64G emmc solid state storage, 150M/S read/write speed, and supports 64GB TF card expansion storage. The comprehensive score obtained by using the traditional master Lu evaluation software is 51457. This score is only at the low end for PCs, but it has exceeded the average level for tablet performance.

▲ The above is Vellamo score. This software is a benchmark application developed by Qualcomm. It is mainly used to test the performance of mobile phones and tablets in various aspects of browser pages. The higher the score, the better the browser experience. In Vellamo, Chiwei HiBook's score is 2917, which has exceeded my expectation. In addition, I actually tested the speed of HiBook when browsing on the Internet, and the loading speed is quite fast when the network is relatively smooth.

▲ NenaMark 2 mainly tests the image processing ability. Through the NenaMark 2 software test, Chiwei HiBook achieved a score of 59.9fps, which means that when playing the game, the screen can be refreshed nearly 60 times per second, which is quite smooth in the vision.

▲ The data of software test can only be used as a reference. The specific situation of the machine is still subject to the test of the game, so Xiao Bian selected three games that usually prefer to play Android games for experience. After a long game experience, the picture is still relatively smooth, and there is no jam or frame drop. When playing the game, because the HiBook rear shell is made of aluminum alloy, the heat conduction is fast, so the hands can clearly feel the body is heating, but not hot.

[Endurance]

▲ Chiwei HiBook has built-in 6600mAh polymer lithium battery, which has no fast charging capacity, and it takes about three and a half hours to fully charge. The endurance of the machine is shorter than the official 6-8 hours, about 5-6 hours. However, the endurance is related to personal use habits. The mini editor watches more videos and plays more, so the endurance is shorter.

On the whole, Chiwei HiBook is a work of conscience. Although the performance is barely acceptable, the price is only over 1000 yuan. As for whether to buy is too complicated, try to give you some suggestions from the perspective of use demand. If you often edit videos, even do 3D or play super large games, it is definitely not a good choice. If you mainly want to use it to do light work, write a plan to make a table, or watch videos or play general games, as long as it does not involve large-scale 3D processing, it is really a good choice.
