Half a year later, Meizu released the Meilan note 3 in Beijing. It seems that the note 3 is similar to metal, but it retroactively uses the MT6755M SoC. Meilan note 3 is packed in a white paper box. After opening the package, we can see a Meilan note 3 body, a data cable, a charging head, as well as instructions and card pins.
The overall design style of the Magic Blue Note 3 is very similar to that of the MX5 and PRO 5, while its internal design is more like the Magic Blue metal, which can be seen as a combination of MX5 and metal. In terms of screens, according to the parameters given by Meizu, Meilan note 3 and Meilan metal are both 5.5 inch, 1080P LTPS screens, and also GFF fit. However, when we got the magic blue note 3, we adjusted the wallpapers of the two to be the same, and compared the two screens, the difference in color between the two was very obvious. According to the test, the color gamut of this screen is only 84.7% sRGB, the contrast is 877:1, the manual maximum brightness is 430 nits, the average Δ E of 104 colors is 6.4, and the default color temperature is 7800K. In terms of the magic blue metal, its color gamut is 99.4% sRGB, the contrast is 1106:1, the manual maximum brightness is 400 nits, the average Δ E of 104 colors is 3.7, and the default color temperature is 7600K.
That is to say, in addition to the slight decrease in brightness of the screen of Magic Blue Metal compared with that of Magic Blue Note 3, other parameters of the screen of Magic Blue Note 3 are ahead of that of Magic Blue Note 3. Meilan note 3 uses the Flyme OS 5.1.3 system based on Android 5.1. The system is generally not different from PRO 5 and Meilan metal (Flyme 5.1 based on YunOS). In terms of performance, Meilan note 3 uses the MT6755M, which is not as good as Meilan note (MT6752) in performance. The CPU part is 4 * 1.0GHz A53+4 * 1.8GHz A53, and the GPU is Mali T860MP2. In the test, the CPU of Meilan Note 3 was so low that it was completely suppressed by Meilan Metal on the score of GeekBench, and the performance of Meilan Note 3 was also better than it. In terms of GPU, its performance is close to that of Mali T760MP2 of Meilan Note, but there is still a big gap between it and Meilan Metal's Power VR G6200.
The Snapdragon 650 used in the full Netcom version of Hongmi Note 3 is the MT6755M that completely beats the Magic Blue Note 3. Although the performance is not as good as that of the previous generation, let alone the previous generation, the advantage of Meilan Note 3 is that it supports All Netcom, which is not supported by the previous Meilan Note, Meilan Note 2, and Meilan Metal. It is Meizu's first 1000 yuan machine that supports All Netcom.

Not to mention the performance at night, Meilan Metal and Meilan Note 3 show the night scene performance that the mobile phones with a price of 500~1000 yuan should have under the weak light and complex light, with serious glare, many noise points and blurred pictures. In terms of heating, the maximum temperature of Meilan Note 3 after running NBA 2K15 for one hour is about 43 ℃, while that of Meilan metal is about 45 ℃, which is better than that of Meilan metal. Considering its SoC performance is far weaker than that of Meilan metal, it is not surprising that it has such performance in the game. There is no serious fever in daily use.
The endurance is one of the main selling points of Meilan note 3. Meizu officially announced that "the low power consumption will be pushed to a new height". In the actual test, the screen brightness of the two will be adjusted to 200 nits for testing. The endurance performance of Meilan note 3 really leads that of Meilan metal. As can be seen from the chart, in addition to the GSM call, The power consumption of Meilan Note 3 in every other test is far lower than that of Meilan Metal, and the performance is gratifying.

It can be seen that although Meilan Note 3 starts at 799 yuan, it is more backward than Meilan Metal, including performance, screen, and photography.
