Before disassembly, check the 9.7 "iPad Pro configuration as usual:

After unscrewing the screws, continue to remove the EMI electromagnetic shielding cover. The 12.9 "iPad Pro also appeared before, but the iPad Air product line is completely empty. Then disconnect the battery to facilitate the next disassembly.
The speaker module is attached with a large amount of glue, which is very difficult to remove.
The 12 million camera module like the iPhone 6s is still a sapphire mirror.
In the process of removing the motherboard, some new antenna connecting parts were found, all the connecting parts were disconnected, and the motherboard was finally removed.
It's time to identify the chips again. Each chip on the motherboard:
Red: Apple APL1021 A9X 64 bit processor;
Orange: Samsung K3RG1G1 2GB LPDDR4 memory;
Yellow: Hynix H23QEG8VG1ACA 32GB NAND flash memory;
Green: Broadcom BCM15900B0x2 (the same model as 12.9 "iPad Pro);
Sky Blue: Apple 339S00109 Wi Fi module;
Blue: NXP 66V10 NFC control chip and 1610A3 power IC (the same model as iPhone SE/6s/6s Plus);
Purple: InvenSense EMS-A 6-axis gyroscope plus accelerometer (the same model as iPhone SE);

Red: Maxim Integrated MAX98721BEWV Boosted amplifier;
Orange: M7H YP (similar to Bosch BMP280);

For the battery part, the specific parameter is 3.82V/7306mAh, which provides nearly 10 hours of battery life. Unfortunately, it cannot be removed.
Finally, there is still a family photo. The final score given by iFixit is 2 points (the full score is 10 points, and the higher the score, the easier it is to repair). Although there is no welding, all parts are glued with a lot of glue, which is quite firm and difficult to disassemble. In case of problems, it is estimated that everyone should send them to the official for repair.
