Solid packaging and safe transportation

The package of GHOST ONE is relatively large. First, there is a large paper trunk on the outside, which is printed with GHOST ONE's simple stroke pattern and logo.

In order to facilitate transportation, there is also an iron shelf inside the package (the iron shelf is of good quality!) to fix GHOST ONE to prevent the electric vehicle from being damaged due to collision during transportation.

In addition, there is a lithium-ion battery charger, a hexagonal key and a Bluetooth key in the package. However, it should be noted that there is no instruction manual in the package, so many usage methods have to be explored by yourself or Baidu, perhaps because the first batch of cars are in a hurry.

On the whole, GHOST ONE's packaging is very strong, and Deppon Logistics is used. There is also a wooden shelf for fixation and protection during transportation, so I don't need to worry about damage. But I have been groping for a long time without a manual.

Simple assembly, no pressure

GHOST ONE has been basically assembled before leaving the factory. After arrival, we just need to fix the head and use the hexagonal key to make the head and the head tube in the same line. Then, we can drive on the road!

The first impression of GHOST ONE is similar to the domineering feeling of "Harley Motorcycle". Compared with other electric vehicles, GHOST ONE does not seem bulky, but rather simple, fashionable and cool! The car's paintwork is very good, it looks very bright. On the whole, the car is not big, just like ordinary electric cars.

The front of GHOST ONE adopts a design similar to the antelope horn. There is nothing on the front except the speed control handle and the brake handle, which is very simple.

There are anti slip lines on the speed control handle, which adds a lot of hand feeling for holding. GHOST ONE uses the mechanical disc brake of Taiwan Yanhao Company, and TEKTRO's brake products give a good impression! When braking, the rear safety light will also flash, so be alert to the vehicles behind.

There are lights in front of and behind GHOST ONE, and the LED daytime running lights in front are not installed in this batch (they will be added later) because they still need to be adjusted, but the glue traces around the lampshade give a sense of rush; The brightness of the rear LED safety light is pretty good, enough to remind the vehicles behind.

There is a switch button under the front of the car, and the back of the switch button is the charging socket and other wires. Because it is outdoor, the charging socket must be covered, otherwise water ingress may lead to charging short circuit.

Because it is a scooter, the pedal of GHOST ONE is relatively long. In addition to placing feet when riding, it can also put some other things, such as school bags, water bottles, etc., to a certain extent, it makes up for the lack of front basket.

But the pedal material is not scratch resistant. I have used it for almost two weeks, and it has been covered with scratches. At the same time, a non removable battery is hidden under the pedal.

Compared with driving ordinary electric vehicles, the main difficulty of driving GHOST ONE is turning. Because the wheels are relatively wide and thick, the front steering of GHOST ONE is not as flexible as that of bicycles and electric vehicles. Although there is no accurate tool to measure, the driving force of GHOST ONE gives me the impression that it has sufficient horsepower and accelerates very fast! Compared with ordinary electric vehicles, GHOST ONE does not need a key to open, but uses a Bluetooth key. When starting the car, after pressing the Bluetooth key, the tail lamp will flash 3 times, and the car will flash twice when locking the car. However, since GHOST ONE has a non-zero motor start function, after unlocking, you must drive GHOST ONE to rotate for two circles to start it. Because there was no manual, at the beginning I pressed the Bluetooth key many times but didn't respond. I thought the car was out of order. Finally, I found on the Internet that I had to rotate the motor twice to officially start it.

Although it is said that the motor cannot rotate after locking the car, the car can still be driven, so if you need to park the car outside, you'd better find someone to guard or buy a disc brake lock to avoid being pushed away by thieves.

It seems that the front and rear tire baffles of GHOST ONE are not fixed enough. When the speed is high, the front and rear baffles will collide with the car body or tires, which will not only make a noise, but also make the car vibrate, making people feel bumpy.

When it comes to smart electric scooters, how can we avoid connecting to mobile APP? However, due to the development progress, GHOST ONE's APP can not be used normally, which leads to the inability to use many functions such as checking power, unlocking mobile phones, GPS positioning, etc. We hope that the APP can be developed as soon as possible, and then we will update the relevant experience for everyone.

Actual travel experience

For me, GHOST ONE can be used as a daily short distance travel tool to facilitate my short trip, such as going to the coffee shop to drink and chat with others, going out to buy vegetables, or sending express delivery, etc.

My first feeling when I drive GHOST ONE is that Cool will attract many people's attention on the way, and even many people will come and ask "What kind of car is this?", "What a handsome car!", which is very compelling. The second feeling is that it is very convenient. For example, the coffee shop I often go to is about 4km away from my home. If I walk, it takes about 40-50 minutes, and I am tired. But if I drive GHOST ONE, it only takes about 5-8 minutes, which is very fast!

Endurance and charging

How far can a full charge of the battery go? Official data claim that it can travel 50km at 20km/h under full power. In my actual use, I charge the battery every 2-3 days. Because the APP can't be used, I can't check the remaining power. It's all based on my feeling. I feel that the battery is going to run out and then I charge it. Some of them are also used by my family. Generally speaking, the endurance of GHOST ONE is quite good.

The charging of GHOST ONE only needs to connect the charger interface with the charging socket in front of the vehicle, but during the charging process, the charger makes a very loud charging noise. Because the battery is not detachable, it may be troublesome for some users who do not have charging equipment in the garage or live in high-rise buildings. They need to lift the car up to charge it.
