Although the sales volume in China seems not very good LG G4 With its ferocious photographic strength, curved screen and changeable power, it has a good sales in Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan. However, recently, many LG G4 users in Hong Kong and Taiwan have encountered problems such as unexpected crashes and cyclic restarts.

Later, the media in Taiwan and Hong Kong received an official reply from LG, confirming that the massive crash was caused by poor contact between components, saying that "we will actively deal with all consumer needs" and promising that if users have similar problems, they can repair them for free and make a solemn apology. Since the LG G4 was released at the end of April 2015, all machines purchased through formal channels on the market can be directly guaranteed free of charge.

Later, Hong Kong WeChat stopped selling the single card and dual card versions of LG G4, and WeChat said that it was "temporarily removed due to system problems". And LG HK official sent the following response:

Official Statement from LG HQ shared by LG HK:

“LG Electronics has been made aware of a booting issue with the LG G4 smartphone has now been identified as resulting from a loose contact between components. Customers who are experiencing booting issues with their LG G4s should contact their local carrier from where the G4 was purchased or a nearby LG Service Center (www.lg.com/common) for repair under full warranty. Customers who purchased their G4 devices from non-carrier retailers should contact an LG Service Center with the understanding that warranty conditions will differ. LG Electronics is committed to providing the highest standards of product quality and customer service and apologizes for the inconv enience caused to some of our customers who initially received incorrect diagnoses.”

LG has always been a very low-key and solid hardware manufacturer. It didn't shirk the responsibility when the machine went wrong as its peers did. Instead, it directly admitted its mistake and provided a solution (Apple: it's better to change the gesture of the iPhone 4S signal). Its attitude is worth praising. However, there is no large-scale problem feedback in China for the time being, which may be due to the differences in the hardware of the Bank of China version, or because there are not many G4 users in China. But if you find a similar problem with the machine on hand, it seems that you can directly call customer service.
