Compared with Meilan 2, Hongmi 3 has higher brightness and more uniform brightness distribution.

Hongmi 3 is equipped with MIUI 7 system (Android 5.1.1). Its theme style is similar to Xiaomi 4c. The system has no secondary menu. There is also a built-in file manager. Compared with mainstream music apps such as QQ Music and Netease Cloud Music, the system's built-in Xiaomi Music is relatively scarce in animation resources. Searching for Chaobu Qitan cannot find the OP of Chaobu Qitan Animation and the music of Ganwumei is also incomplete. In terms of performance, Red Rice 3 uses Snapdragon 616 SoC+2G RAM. For a low-end smart phone with a screen resolution of only 720P, Snapdragon 616 has excellent performance, but 2GB of memory may be a bit urgent. Even after clearing the background, there is only about 940M of available memory. However, if it is used as a standby, 2GB of memory is enough.
