There are three pieces in this package, namely card reader, 32G Samsung TF card and Xplore C1+intelligent tachograph. 32G card is the largest card currently supported by Xplore C1+intelligent tachograph, and it is also a very thoughtful card reader, like one~

The package box contains a 3.5m long cable, an integrated bracket, a dual power adapter, a Bluetooth flash button, and a C1+host.

The C1+host has an Xplore LOGO on the back, a TF card slot, a work light on the left, a power light on the right, a mic on the triangle at the bottom left, and a reset key on the round hole at the bottom right.


The top of the C1+host is a 6-hole chip to supply power to C1+.

On the right of C1+is the ON/OFF key.

The bottom of C1+is a cooling hole. There are grooves on the upper part of the switch key to facilitate the support to fix C1+. The 45 ° twill envelope design is adopted on all sides of the body, which can also play a more or less anti-skid role.

The lens angle of the C1+recorder is the real angle 155 °, horizontal 123 ° wide-angle lens, F1.8 aperture, 6 multilayer coated lenses (including 2 sets of aspherical lenses). The lens is designed like a big eye looking at the world, with a unique shape. However, there are some bulges under the C1+lens I got, which are flaws produced in the production process. This flaw completely destroys the overall beauty of the lens.

How big is C1+? I just had a box of Qingjin gum in my pocket. I put them together and compared them. C1+is a little more than one third of the gum box, which is really very small. With a volume of 32 cubic millimeters and a weight of 36g, it is really hard to feel the presence of C1+in your hands. At present, such a small tachograph is relatively rare on the market.

It is not enough to have C1+alone. It can only play a real role with the support.

The support needs to be fixed with 3M adhesive, which many people think will damage the film on the windshield. However, I personally think that generally the dash cam will not be changed randomly after installation, and the 3M adhesive is used to better fix the C1+, so I can accept it personally.

There is a USB interface on the right side of the rack. The USB cable can be inserted into the interface on the rack, and then it can supply power to C1+through the top six metal contacts to ensure the normal operation of C1+.

Three functional parameters of C1+are clearly marked on the left side of the bracket: Bluetooth connection, GPS connection and WIFI connection. These three functions have their own uses. Bluetooth connection is to connect with the Bluetooth flash button, GPS is to position yourself when taking photos, and WIFI is to connect the APP and C1+on the mobile phone.

Bluetooth flash button, a big Bluetooth logo. There is an indicator light on the top of the Bluetooth flash button, which will flash blue when working. There is a toggle switch at the bottom, which can be turned on when driving normally, and can be turned off when not in use to save power.


C1+installation part

The unpacking and accessories of C1+have been introduced. Let's start with the installation.

The whole installation process is relatively simple, mainly the wiring problem. The whole installation process was completed by me independently, which took about 40 minutes.

Since I installed ETC on the back of the rearview mirror, there is no suitable space. So I installed the C1+bracket on the plastic shell of Angel.

This position is very good. It's right on the back of the rear-view mirror, and it's closer to the middle. The USB cable is inserted through the gap on the front passenger's windshield.

Then walk from the gap of the plastic part of the A pillar to the rubber pad of the door frame, and then walk down to the foot pad.

It is very simple to continue wiring. One person can do it without any tools.

In fact, you can walk directly under the mat, which can be just blocked by the mat.

Lead it from under the passenger seat cushion and insert it into the cigarette lighter. 2.1A dual USB interface can not only provide power for Xplore C1+, but also leave a charging interface for other electronic devices in the car, which is more user-friendly. A blue light comes on when working.

After power on, C1+starts to work normally. The green indicator indicates that recording is in progress, and the blue indicator indicates that charging is in progress. After the C1+is fully charged, the recording can last for 25 minutes without external power supply.

In the process of current use, it is found that C1+basically starts to work at the same time after power on, with fast startup speed and sensitive response.

I pasted the Bluetooth flash button on the steering wheel. If necessary, the left thumb can quickly press the button to shoot.

This is a finished product after installation. It is very compact and does not occupy space.


Mobile phone and C1+interconnection

There are three parts in the equipment, namely, photographing, video recording and documents. Click the upper part to display the current status in real time when the device is connected.

At this time, you can take photos or videos. Photos taken can be seen in local pictures, and can also be edited in APP, added filters, etc., and shared. The recorded video is seen in the local video. The file is to browse the C1+video file saved in the TF card. Among them, the captured video operated on the mobile phone is a 10 second video.

All files are marked with GPS longitude and latitude at the beginning, and all files have time behind them. Each file takes 3 minutes and is about 170M in size. After the C1+is installed, the SD card does not need to be removed. The video files we need can be retrieved directly from the APP. At the same time, the SD card can be downloaded to store videos to the local mobile phone for editing and sharing.

In addition, the GPS corresponding to each video will show the coordinates when the video was taken on the Gaud map. You can find the corresponding map position by adjusting the driving track progress bar, or click on the Gaud map position to play the corresponding video.

In the sharing tribe, there are videos and photos shared by everyone. These shared photos and videos are not necessarily taken in the car, but also in the workplace, at home and any other places where they can be taken.



Conclusion

Xplore C1+intelligent tachograph is compact and easy to install. The video recording is relatively clear, and you can retrieve, download, edit and other operations from the APP. The Xplore C1+intelligent driving recorder has changed from the original purpose of preventing porcelain bumps to recording the scenery along the road. The recorded video corresponds to GPS one by one. Whether watching the video or directly retrieving GPS from the map, there is GPS display or video display. On the way out, C1+can also change the angle at will to shoot any scenery you want, whether outside or inside the car. In addition, C1+also has its own 25 minute battery life. When you go out, you can also take C1+off the bracket to take some pictures you want. After all, it is 1080p shooting effect, and all scenes are inclusive.

In addition, I have upgraded the firmware of Xplore C1+intelligent tachograph according to the operating instructions. The current version is V0.1.9. The entire firmware upgrade process is very simple, and the duration is also very short, about one minute to complete the firmware upgrade.

Here are the disadvantages:

1、 The C1+I received unexpectedly has a bulge at the bottom of the lens, which is obviously a manufacturing defect. This important manufacturer should look for the source of quality inspection. Such obvious defects cannot be seen. Do you still stick protective film on the lens?

2、 There is a lack of sound recording. The sound recording is always rusty. I don't know why. It is hoped that this problem can be solved during subsequent firmware upgrades.
