On January 11, Xiaomi released its Hongmi mobile phone 3 online. This mobile phone features a metal body and a 4100mAh large capacity battery, and will go on sale on January 12. We got the latest Xiaomi product at the first time. How was its experience?

The packaging design of Hongmi Mobile Phone 3 (hereinafter referred to as Hongmi 3) continues the style of Hongmi Note3, which is designed in a white paper box with a rendered picture of the mobile phone on the cover. It seems that we will say goodbye to Xiaomi products packaged in kraft paper.

The first layer of the package is the phone. There is a frosted protective film on the front of the phone.

The mobile phone accessories are very simple, including the user manual, power adapter (5V 2A), data cable, and of course, a clip.

Hongmi 3 uses a 5-inch 1280 * 720 TFT screen, also with Xiaomi's "sunshine screen" technology. The black edge of Hongmi 3's screen is obvious.

In order to enhance the anti drop performance, the red rice 3 is heightened and thickened on the screen frame.

There is a recessed earpiece on the top, a light sensor and a distance sensor on the left, and a 5 megapixel front camera on the right.

The three touch buttons that Xiaomi always uses are still below, and the buttons have no backlight.

The back cover of Red Rice 3 is made of metal, in a three-stage design (the middle part is metal), and has a "star pattern". It is a diamond pattern composed of 4166 stars, and is made by polishing and sandblasting.

The volume key and power key of the phone are concentrated on the right side. Although the battery of Hongmi 3 reaches 4100mAh, its thickness is only 8.5mm, which is well controlled.

There is a SIM card slot on the left. Red rice 3 supports all Netcom and dual card dual standby, card 1 supports microSIM card, and card 2 supports nanoSIM or TF card.

In addition to the "example" 3.5mm headphone interface and noise reducing microphone on the top of the fuselage, the Hongmi 3 still retains an infrared sensor, which is rare among products at the same price.

The bottom of the phone is a microUSB interface and a call microphone.
