It is known that Sun Zhengyi, CEO of Softbank of Japan, held a press conference last year to release the humanoid robot Pepper. Pepper is about 1m tall and has a tablet computer as the display screen in front of his chest. It has flexible limbs and an expressive head and walks on wheels at the bottom. Softbank, Alibaba and Hon Hai signed an agreement last year to jointly produce and sell humanoid robot Pepper. In the future, humanoid robot Pepper will be sold on Taobao/Tmall.
Pepper currently sells for 213840 yen (about 11200 yuan) in Japan. Some software and after-sales services require additional fees, and the cost for three years is about 50000 yuan.
