6、 Practical Experience

Here is a detailed introduction to my first use of Meidou!

▲ The installation of Meidou is not complicated, and it is mainly divided into three steps: 1. Open the machine cover; 2. Put it into the bread bucket and lock it clockwise; 3. Align the direction and place the mixing rod! (Very simple!)

▲ After Meidou is powered on, the interface displays like this! You can manually select whether to put yeast or fruit; Whether the burning degree is light, medium or heavy; Whether the weight is 500g or 750g; Select which working program, etc.

After understanding the machine functions, the next step is to start the production:

▲ Step 1: Prepare the ingredients! The first bread I made was sweet bread! The ingredients used are: high gluten flour, yeast, butter, white granulated sugar.

2. The pressing and opening device of the first layer of small cover is not firm, and the plastic clip is folded after several times of use!

3. The noise is too loud! The first day was awakened by the working voice of the baker that had been booked at 5:00!
