This time there are three versions, WIFI version, Bluetooth version and standard version. This cute Sun Xiaosheng is as charming as Sun Dasheng who broke the stone five hundred years ago, and is destined to be loved by people. This time, I was lucky to get MIUI geek to try out Sun Xiaosheng's Bluetooth speaker.

Disassembly process:
When he got Sun Xiaosheng, he felt an impulse to open his belly. From the perspective of Sun Xiaosheng's structure, Sun Xiaosheng uses the left and right main structures. The upper Xiaosheng's face mask and the heavenly cover combine the left and right split structures into a whole. It is very likely that its fixing screws are located at the bottom of the anti-skid rubber pad or mask. Prepare the tools and start disassembly.


First, start from the anti-skid rubber pad at the bottom of Sun Xiaosheng. When you remove the rubber pad, you can see that there are two cross screws in the middle. Use a screwdriver to remove the two screws first, and pay attention to the difference between the two screws and other positions.


Next, we will start with the mask of Little Saint. Here, we should pay attention to selecting a good position when lifting the mask, or it will affect the appearance. I started from the middle joint between the Tianling cover and the layout. I originally wanted to remove the mask, but when I skidded, the Tianling cover turned up first.


Then take the heavenly cover first, skid along both sides of the mask, and then you can take down the little saint's heavenly cover. Just looking at this heavenly cover, I always feel like something, but I can't remember it.


After Sun Xiaosheng's heavenly cover is removed, you can see the internal key module. The sensing mode of the middle key and the volume keys on both sides is different. The needle used in the middle is somewhat like that used in the circuit board test rack, and the volume keys on both sides are metal films. The module will be described in detail later, but will not be detailed here.


After removing the Tianling cover, the mask will be easier to remove. Also use a screwdriver to pry away the mask along the edge of the mask.


Sun Xiaosheng's mask is also made of engineering plastic. After opening the playback hole, wrap it. The shape of the mask is clear and vivid. As for Sun Xiaosheng's appearance design, fantasy should be paid enough attention.

Remove the lower cover to see Sun Xiaosheng's loudspeaker. Sun Xiaosheng uses a Φ 52MM loudspeaker. Remove the two screws on both sides of the front without hesitation.


It should be noted here that Sun Xiaosheng's main structure is left and right connection. From the side, you can see that there are three fixing screws hidden in the red circle.


Disassemble the three screws respectively, and pay attention to the placement of the screws, especially the size of these screws is different from the two at the bottom.


After disassembly, check again, there should be no screw. When we get here, we can open the chamber. Start from the middle of the top. If there is a heavenly cover on it, you will not be afraid to damage the appearance.


Divide Sun Xiaosheng in two. Even if it has 72 changes, I will first crack them one by one. There is a piece of silk wool behind the speaker, which is mainly used to absorb sound and prevent reflection caused by the direct action of sound waves on the plastic shell. Anyone who has some knowledge of speakers will know the relationship between the quality of speakers and the sound quality.


Sun Xiaosheng Back of The sound is discharged through the inverted hole after passing through the sound absorbent sponge, which can balance the air pressure in the cavity. This is the voice structure of Little Saint.


It can be seen from the sound absorption sponge that the speaker is 4 Ω, 3W speaker.


This will break my belly. Take out Acrylic's big belly and you can see the power button, indicator light and the microphone connected to the belly.


The power indicator light is two light-emitting diodes, and the black circle around it is to increase the touch of buttons on the stomach, or Has How about preventing light leakage? This is not to be studied.


On the other side of the line is Sun Xiaosheng's built-in lithium battery, with a capacity of 500MAH, 3.7V. This battery can play music for Sun Xiaosheng continuously for about 4 hours. If you think this time is a little short, you can replace the battery with a larger capacity. If you want to replace it, you should pay attention to the size of the battery. A small saint has limited capacity, so don't be greedy.


Take out the circuit board from the small belly, and first see that the built-in Bluetooth antenna is on the edge. The chip model AC1534D82832-02 next to it cannot be found. However, from the circuit board, it should It's the Bluetooth module.

      
Unplug the connection of the circuit board. Sun Xiaosheng uses the HT6873 low EMI, anti clipping distortion, and mono filtering free Class-D audio power amplifier. The biggest feature of HT6873 is anti top clipping distortion (ACF) The output control function can detect and suppress the output signal clipping distortion (broken sound) caused by the excessive amplitude of the input music and voice signals, and can also adaptively prevent the output clipping caused by the power supply voltage drop in battery applications, significantly improve the sound quality, create an unusual comfortable listening enjoyment, and protect the speakers from overload damage. The power management module model is LTH7 chip, which protects the lithium battery from overcharging when charging. When the battery is fully charged, it can automatically disconnect the battery from the charger.

At this point, the disassembly of Sun Xiaosheng is over. It can be seen from the whole disassembly process that Sun Xiaosheng is very meticulous in workmanship. I must have imagined that Sun Xiaosheng's structural design should have put a lot of effort into it. From the appearance design to the internal structure, the influence of the internal structure of the speaker on the sound quality should also be considered. These are all going through a process.

Appearance evaluation:

When the package is opened, there is an empty paper box on it. I thought there would be accessories or instructions inside, but it is empty when I open it. This box is just to protect the speaker from external forces. It is suggested to use this small box. The small round hole on the box is to take out the box with one finger. The careful design is worth praising. Take down the box and you can see Sun Xiaosheng's head.

Sun Xiaosheng also used recyclable paper packaging inside, and the two ears were reasonably used in the fixed inner packaging framework.

This is the data cable attached to Sun Xiaosheng. The data cable has an imaginary LOGO, which can be used for charging and connecting the computer USB port to the sound card mode.

The small round hole below is the position of the microphone, which can be connected to the mobile phone for voice calls.

Below the tail is Sun Xiaosheng's little fart. This is the place to plug in the data line. Don't think too much about inserting words. This is the only interface of the whole speaker. The charging and audio input set is designed as a MICO USB interface, which can reduce the number of external interfaces. Plug the USB data cable into the computer to start the sound card mode, and then it can be used as a computer speaker. There is a big fart under the MICO USB interface. If you know anything about the speaker, you will know that this is the air outlet of the speaker, also called the inverted hole.

      On Sun Xiaosheng's head, there are three touch buttons. Volume decrease, play pause and Volume up Key. The volume up and down keys can adjust the volume, and long press can also switch between up and down music.

Use experience:
After several days of trial, two kinds of playback devices, computer and mobile phone, were used. For Sun Xiaosheng's sound quality, although high-quality speakers are used. However, its mono output and playback effect are not as good as the sound box of my notebook. When playing with mobile phones, I listened to some lossless music. In terms of sound quality, the sound field is very wide and the treble is also very loud, but the details of music processing are relatively ordinary. Maybe my requirements for sound quality are a little too high.

The biggest advantage of Fantasy Sun Xiaosheng's smart speaker is its cute appearance, which is more suitable for children over 10 years old. They don't have too many requirements for sound quality, but appearance is their first choice. Second, Sun Xiaosheng chose to launch it in the coming Year of the Monkey, which is just like the saying of Monkey Tribute, and can be sent to friends as a gift. Although the little Sun Xiaosheng has no 72 changes and no ability to wrestle with clouds, his auspicious meaning is also significant. Disadvantages: The sound quality needs to be improved. The lithium battery has small capacity and short continuous playback time. In addition, the three touch keys on the head are easy to touch by mistake.
