On June 30, Huawei officially held a new product conference in Beijing. In addition to Glory 7 and Glory Whistle, at the end of the conference, Huawei also brought a new glory bracelet zero. It was released in August, which means that the author got a few internal versions of Octopus Burn today, so that "Huawei Wear" has not yet integrated the Zero bracelet into the APP. Since it is an exclusive evaluation, today I will try my best to experience every detail together and use my own feelings to describe this Nordic style smart bracelet.


Part I; packing:

From the packaging, if you have touched or seen the outer packaging of Glory 7, then look at Zero's bracelet. The packaging of this bracelet is a "parent-child outfit" that complements Glory 7. The blue coat is equipped with a white shirt. It reveals the vitality of youth and fashion. It is also a withdrawable design. Fade the blue "coat"

The packaging design of ZERO is the same as that of Glory 7, which is also a pull out design. When the blue "coat" is faded, we can see another layer of packaging. This packaging is a flip design. When we open it, we can see the real glory of zero.
   

As a peripheral accessory to be launched soon, the glory bracelet zero is inspired by the Nordic design philosophy; The 1.06-inch OLED cold light touch screen is equipped with a deep black dial, which looks like a watch but has no cumbersome buttons. Its functions are all operated through the dial, which is extremely simple and beautiful; Nordic style diamond ribbon, adsorption charging mode, can be used for 4 days in a row. The watchband uses the 3D diamond texture design, and has three colors to choose from. This time, the author got a white version of the watchband. The skin friendly medical health material makes you not need to worry about long-term use damage to the body. This material should be similar to the expression material on the previous oband, It is very soft and comfortable. The former is easy to drop due to the unreasonable design of the buckle, while the zero bracelet is designed as a buckle, which solves this problem well.



Part II; Product details:

I don't know how many netizens like the author. The reason why they don't like to wear mechanical watches is because of the weight. So the author often carries a relatively light smart bracelet. When he first saw the Glory bracelet zero, he actually heard a surprise. From the perspective of publicity, it is exquisite and compact, and the simple design is loved by many users who like simplicity, Until I got the product, I felt that this product did not disappoint me.

① Dial:

Too many words are superfluous to describe a minimalist product. This bracelet looks more like a watch. It has a round screen surrounded by a full steel metal shell. Some users must ask, is this heavy? The answer is: 23.2g, is it really light.

What about the thickness of the glory zero bracelet? 9.52mm is the last part, which the author is quite satisfied with. The mechanical surface thickness of my previous harp exceeded 10mm; So I was very satisfied with the thickness and weight of the Glory zero bracelet.

② Wrist strap:

The watchband of Glory zero bracelet has been used by the author before. It is made of food grade materials. It is very soft and elastic, and is not easy to change color. It is too soft, so the ordinary press in clasp can not control it at all. So this time, Glory zero bracelet has designed a pin type clasp to solve the problem of easy falling.

The measured width of the widest part of the wrist strap is 16.27mm

The measured length of the wrist strap and the dial is 20.9cm. The author's small hand means that there are still 4 spaces left. It should be OK for ordinary users to wear it. And the wrist strap is a little elastic.

It is estimated that many guys, like the author, think that the buckle should be a heavy part, but the author curiously removed it and found that it is only 1.7g. From here, we can see that the glory zero bracelet pays attention to every detail in the lightweight design.


③ Chassis:

The back of the chassis is made of non-metallic materials and sandblasting process. I'm a little worried about whether it will fade after a long time. This can only be confirmed by practice later. The charging is adsorption charging. Of course, like many adsorption designs, the Glory zero bracelet uses a dual magnet design to avoid short circuit caused by misoperation. There is a small hole on the side of the charging metal contact, which is the power key. The machine can be switched on and off with the thimble.

① APP part:

When it comes to apps, we have to mention that the Glory Bracelet zero is really a new product that has not been released. Like other Huawei wearables, it shares the "Huawei wearables" app. When the author scanned the QR code and downloaded it to Huawei wearables, he did not find the Glory Bracelet zero project as shown in the figure below, so he had no choice but to seek official help, In the end, Huawei wore the app, but the content has been comprehensively upgraded, and other Huawei wearables can be found except for the glory method zero.

The glory bracelet zero uses Bluetooth connection for pairing. The pairing method is also relatively simple. After pairing, entering the software interface for the first time will prompt the glory means zero to upgrade its firmware. The author suggests upgrading. In addition to prompts in the mobile app, relevant content will also be displayed on the dial of the bracelet.

After the upgrade, we entered the main app interface and found that there was not much difference from the interface of most Huawei wearables. We could see some data of the movement and make certain settings with the rival ring, such as alarm clock settings, disconnection reminders, etc. Of course, we don't need to manually set the time change. It will be synchronized by default.

As for the accuracy of data, the author's attitude is that no wearable product can be 100% accurate. Even if it exists with the naked eye, it can't tell you whether you are sleeping or keeping your eyes closed. So for the data part, we believe that the original design intention of each product is the data under normal and reasonable conditions. So we don't need to be 100% accurate. If we can do it, it is almost a qualified product. Data accuracy evaluation will not be done here. At least Huawei products have tested several types of data that are relatively accurate before.


② Dial operation part:

The glory bracelet zero has a 1.6 inch square display screen, which is integrated with the black panel, and looks more like a whole round display screen. The biggest highlight of the glory bracelet zero is its design style. It doesn't design a button. Some people would say that the power button isn't it? The power key is hidden, so ignore it here. The glory bracelet zero screen can be opened by turning your wrist or clicking.

The contents displayed on the dial are quite rich, and the brightness is also quite good. There is still no way to see the world clearly in strong light, but there is no pressure to see the world in general light. From some of the display contents intercepted by the author, we can see that the glory bracelet zero can display the time and switch the running mode. Long press the running icon for three seconds to enter the running mode. Normally, it records walking data and sleep data. Calorie data, can search the phone, take a picture button (there are still some problems in the current internal version), reset options. In fact, the switching of running data is a great progress in the bracelet industry. At the same time, it also supports the transmission of instant messages. It can identify whether it is important information without opening the phone. When a call comes, the phone can be muted at the first time. There are some other functions still under exploration.


Part IV; Special functions:


Waterproof:

The waterproof of intelligent wearable products is not very new. It's technology. The Glory bracelet zero also supports IP68 waterproof. Usually, we don't need to consider that it will enter the water when we enter the water. In fact, when we see the real machine of the Glory bracelet zero, it doesn't feel very sealed. Of course, it's only on the surface, How to waterproof the inside is really inconvenient for the author to disassemble the machine. However, the author still found a feature that there seems to be a waterproof coating on the dial and strap, which means that the surface material of the product itself is repelled by water, so it is difficult to penetrate into the interior, but it is IP68 after all, so you should not wear it when diving for a long time;

Endurance:

With regard to the endurance of the Glory bracelet zero, the official answer is that it can be used for 4 days continuously under normal conditions. This product does not have many advantages over the previous product, but it is not useless. More functions mean that the power consumption is multiplied. So this is also a matter of choice, but the 4-day use time and fast charging will not affect our normal use. The USB interface can be charged with a power bank.

Wear:

The author is a relatively thin type, so wearing a watch has always been a vexation, because the queen mother will look strange and mismatched because the dial is too large, and the author seems to find some confidence in the glory bracelet zero.

Price:

The price of the Glory Bracelet Zero was not announced at the press conference. Up to now, the author has received no information about the price of this product. However, considering the main cost performance ratio of Huawei Glory series, the price should not be too high. The author estimates that the price should be about 599. Indeed, this can only wait until the official release of the final price.

Part V; Product experience experience:

Glory bracelet zero This is a product with high appearance between the bracelet and the watch. It combines the appearance of the watch very well, and continues the cost performance of the bracelet. The ultra-thin dial, comfortable wrist strap, and lightweight body are just fine. The author finally found a "round watch" suitable for thin people to wear.
