It's my great honor to get the chance to try Meizu Mobile Power (fast charging version). This is my first time to try "winning the prize" in Lei Feng. Thank you! After a period of trial, I have a certain understanding of this product. Next, I will bring you my trial report.

1. Fresh and elegant appearance design

Meizu Mobile Power is a product that Meizu released incidentally when it launched the MX5 this summer. It can be said that today, mobile power has become the most important accessory in the development of smart phones. However, most of the mobile power supplies on the market are rigid in appearance and bulky in size. Is it true that the mobile power supply is just for charging? Meizu mobile power uses paper packaging box, which continues Meizu's simple design;

Meizu mobile power uses the classic gray and white in the oriental design style, with the two-part design and matte surface treatment, bringing a simple and elegant Zen. Judging from the feel, the shell of Meizu mobile power supply is not a simple frosted plastic. It has a slightly dull feel, which plays a good role in anti-skid and has a hazy visual perception. 2. Face to face PK with competitors

Before Meizu made mobile power, many domestic mobile phone manufacturers were doing it, and I also have several competing mobile power supplies, so let's have a PK, starting with the appearance.

The first is Xiaomi Mobile Power. Lei Jun said at the Xiaomi press conference that there are only two mobile power supplies in the market, one is Xiaomi mobile power supply, and the other is fake Xiaomi mobile power supply. Although this is a joke, we can see the commercial success of Xiaomi Mobile Power.

Xiaomi mobile power supply adopts the design of aluminum alloy shell. Its process and feel are similar to Apple's MacBook. It is also very active and comfortable to hold. This is an old version, but the new version will be smaller. In addition, there is a button on the top of the Xiaomi mobile power supply. Click it to check the remaining power of the mobile power supply, and you can control the switch after connecting the fan and LED light.

In addition to the standard 10000mAh mobile power supply, Xiaomi has also introduced mobile power supplies with different capacities, such as 5000mAh, 160000mAh and 20000mAh. I just have a 5000mAh model in my hand, which is smaller in size and only 9mm thick, and can even be put into the shirt pocket. The appearance design of Xiaomi mobile power supply is standard. It can represent the appearance of most mobile power supplies on the market and belongs to excellent quality.

Next is Yijia Caller, which is a mobile power product of Yijia, but has a literary name: Yijia Caller. Like Meizu Mobile Power Supply, Yijia Power Supply is not square and upright. It uses the same skin like material as Yijia Mobile Phone, so it really feels like a baby's skin, and the overall white looks very simple and elegant. Two USB output ports are provided on the top of One Plus Call, which can charge two devices at the same time; Although there is no "power button" for an incoming call, a shake can display the remaining power, while Meizu mobile power can only display when charging.

  Summary: Although these three mobile power supplies have 10000mAh battery capacity, their appearance and feel are quite different. The Xiaomi mobile power supply is probably the most similar to the mobile power supply. It is very small and can stand on a table. Moreover, the design of the aluminum alloy shell is very exquisite, so it is popular; Meizu and Yijia are both "literary and artistic". Although their appearance materials are plastic, they have become very advanced after special processing. Meizu's mobile power supply feels green and not slippery, while Yijia's mobile power supply feels warm and lovable. The other two are not regular oval shapes, but who said that the mobile power must be square? Their shapes are very beautiful and elegant. I think they are literary youth in mobile power.

3. More advanced battery cell brings more powerful charging experience

Safety comes first. Presumably, everyone is worried about the safety of mobile power, and mobile power manufacturers are more worried. No one wants to have an accident with their own products. Meizu Mobile Power adopts 11 channels of safety protection and 88 channels of quality inspection process to ensure the safety of the product. More importantly, Meizu Mobile Power uses ATL's lithium ion polymer cell, which is safer and more efficient than Xiaomi Mobile Power's 18650 cell. This is not to say that Xiaomi mobile power supply is unsafe, but that lithium ion polymer cell is safer. To quote from Baidu Encyclopedia:“ When an ordinary lithium-ion battery is overcharged or short circuited, the internal temperature of the battery may rise, the positive material may decompose, and the negative and electrolyte materials may be oxidized, which will lead to gas expansion and increase of the internal pressure of the battery. Meizu mobile power supply is one of the safest mobile power supplies. If you want to have a safer use experience, you can choose lithium ion polymer cell. However, I am not in Heixiaomi. Most mobile power supplies on the market are 18650 cells. As long as you use them normally, you will have no problem; Even if you use Meizu mobile power, it will explode if you throw it into the fire pit every day! Therefore, good use habits (but charging, no short circuit, no high temperature) are the most critical!

Battery capacity is second. We all hope that the power of the mobile power supply is as large as possible, but the larger the battery capacity, the larger the volume, so we must make a choice. After several years of development, 10000mAh has become the balance point of power and volume of mobile power supply. What should we do to get more power? Improving output efficiency has become a new key. Lithium ion polymer cell is not only safer, but also more efficient. Meizu and Yijia both use it. These three mobile power supplies all claim that the conversion rate at the board end has reached 93%, which seems very scary but is actually "deceptive". We should look at the actual output capacity. The actual output capacity of the official website of OnePlus calls is 7951mAh, while the Xiaomi mobile power supply is only 6250mAh. The difference between the two is enough to fully charge the iPhone 6s. It can be seen that lithium ion polymer is indeed advantageous. Although the Meizu official website does not clearly indicate the actual output capacity of Meizu mobile power, we can infer that its actual output capacity is about 7875mAh through "filling the MX5 2.5 times", which is very close to the one plus call with the same configuration.

Compatibility is also critical. Can Xiaomi mobile power only charge Xiaomi mobile phones? This is the most common problem encountered by Xiaomi Mobile Power when it was first launched two years ago. So, can Meizu mobile power only charge Meizu mobile phones? Of course not! Now the compatibility of mobile power is no longer a problem. Meizu mobile power has a built-in intelligent power distribution chip, which can easily handle the fast charging and slow charging of mobile phones and tablets. Similarly, the same is true for Xiaomi Mobile Power and Yijia Caller.

Fast charging is the black technology. The above comparison does not show that Meizu mobile power has any special advantages, so I will introduce the killer mace next. Meizu mobile power supply is equipped with Meizu mCharge fast charging technology, which supports two-way fast charging technology, which is not supported by Xiaomi, OnePlus and most mobile power supplies on the market. Now fast charging technology has become the standard configuration of high-end mobile phones, but it is rarely heard of on mobile power, so we should thank Meizu for its efforts.

First, charge the mobile power supply. According to the official website, Meizu mobile power can be fully charged in 3.5 hours with a fast charging charger and data cable, while Xiaomi mobile power takes 5.5 hours (10W output), and it takes 6 hours (10W output) to add an incoming call. I used LeEco 1s charging head (27W output) to charge Meizu mobile power supply, which was fully charged in 3 hours and 50 minutes. This is really a surprising speed. It is no longer an era when mobile power can be fully charged overnight. But we need to remind you that you must use a fast charging charger.

Let's talk about charging mobile phones with mobile power. When Meizu Mobile Power charges Meizu MX5/PRO5, it can be charged to 25% in 10 minutes. Of course, this is the official data. I also did a test myself. I charged LeEco 1s with 18% power in 20 minutes and Xiaomi Note with 30% power in 40 minutes. Meizu mobile power supply supports 18W output at most, while LeEco 1s fast charge is 27W, so it is not as fast as expected; Xiaomi Note does not support high voltage fast charging, so the charging speed is very slow, but it is certainly not Meizu mobile power that is holding back. Therefore, we should pay attention to "matching families". It seems that Meizu Mobile Power can play its best role only when it charges Meizu mobile phones.

The price is 20 yuan, but you can get a lithium ion polymer cell, and its feel is first-class; Meizu mobile power supply is "beautiful and not like the real power". Its appearance is exquisite and elegant. It not only uses lithium ion polymer cell, but also supports "black technology" two-way fast charging. However, its price is the most expensive. Let me summarize Meizu Mobile Power in a few simple words:

I am a college student. The power failure in my dormitory is the most troublesome thing every day. Not only is there no internet, but also I can't charge my mobile phone. I have been using Xiaomi mobile power supply before. Although it is very durable, it takes a long time to charge it. Sometimes I have to go to class to find that the mobile phone and mobile power supply are out of power... I have been using it since I got Meizu mobile power supply, because two-way fast charging is really good! In the morning, the mobile phone ran out of power. Although I like Meizu Mobile Power, that doesn't mean it is perfect in my eyes. First of all, Meizu Mobile Power can't easily check the remaining power. Only when charging, four small lights will flash, which is inconvenient; Secondly, because there is no official protective cover, I have to carefully put it into my schoolbag every time for fear of wearing the beautiful shell, which is too inconvenient. However, these are small things. On the whole, I am very satisfied with Meizu Mobile Power. I think it is especially suitable for those who are "inconvenient to use electricity". The convenience of fast charging can only be deeply understood after using it~
