Nowadays, the concept of intelligence and lightweight has been everywhere. If you don't want to go to crowded cinemas and enjoy the world of video and audio exclusively at home, you don't need to buy expensive projectors. You should know that the bulb is expensive, or a consumable. The current LED projection products, together with rich Internet audio and video resources, can realize the dream of watching the world at home.

However, it should be noted that, limited to a relatively short time, the tail can only be a mild experience, providing an intuitive experience for visitors who want to know about nut G1 smart home theater or LED projection products. The package of nut G1 is divided into two parts: industrial outer package and product inner package. The material is thick and strong, which can effectively protect the safety of such large items during transportation. After removing the outer package, you will find the true face of nut G1. Strictly speaking, the nut G1 is composed of the hardware part of the projection+the network resources provided by the mango TV, so there is a common logo of nuts and mangoes on the inner package. Nut G1 has a wide range of accessories, including G1 host, 3D glasses, adapter, ordinary remote control, 2.4G smart remote control, power adapter, warranty card, instructions, and even the battery in the remote control. ▼

[The main character - high appearance]

Most of the projectors we see everyday are square shaped. However, nut G1 goes in the opposite direction, first designing the appearance, and then arranging the internal components according to the appearance design. The round shape, the metal body formed by aluminum alloy stamping, the diameter of 21.9cm, the height of 6cm, the edge chamfer, round and delicate, the tail is still a picky person for the appearance, and I like it at first glance. ▼

Looking vertically from the top, the concentric metal halo and the circular switch in the center echo from afar, which is extremely simple. And the round switch indicator light can indicate G1 is in standby, Bluetooth speaker connection and projection operation through red, blue and light yellow lights. ▼

Seen from the side, the big eyes of nut G1 are in the middle, and the lower part is covered with a protective plate, which looks like an eyelid. On both sides are ring speakers covered with fine metal mesh. After counting the boring hours of the tail, there are about 9000 sound holes. On the back side are all peripheral interfaces of Nut G1. After all, as an intelligent home theater, there must be multiple access modes. In addition to being able to connect to the Internet through WIFI wireless and RJ45 Ethernet ports, Nut G1 also supports AV, HDMI video interface input, S/PDIF&Earphone audio standard output, and USB3.0, USB2.0 standard devices playing through the UI. ▼

At the bottom of nut G1, important parameters of the machine are marked, and a detachable dust-proof screen is designed at the middle and upper part. They decorate and design special projection areas in living rooms and other places, which requires hoisting machines. The nut G1 is attached with a bracket adapter, which can be lifted together with adjustable foot pad screws. The reason why Nut G1 is called intelligent home theater is different from traditional projectors. The key is that it is equipped with an operating system based on Android, which enables functional expansion. The UI of Nut G1 adopts the popular WIN10 interface style, and each functional partition is intuitive and obvious. The home page mainly includes the weather, one button acceleration, media center, application market, popular news, settings and various movie resources navigation. Generally, you can quickly find the required entrance on the home page. On the second page, the focus is on movie recommendation, which is basically the current popular movies. On the third page, the focus is on music and games, as well as my application shortcuts. ▼

The UI settings are also rich. The commonly used ones can set image modes such as brightness, contrast and aspect ratio, signal sources such as local, HDMI, AV, color settings, fan speed, network settings, application management, and many other aspects in detail. At the same time, if the system is updated, it will automatically remind. After the tail gets G1, it will remind you to upgrade when you start up. In terms of operating experience, it is not very different from the Android customized system carried by network set-top boxes such as TV boxes. ▼

Since there is such a big screen enjoyment, it would be wasteful if it was only used for film and television enjoyment. In the application market, we can download the corresponding APP to watch news, chat about QQ, and play games online. The big screen is cool. ▼

The system should have a communication connection with users, and remote control equipment is the key. Nut G1 is designed with a variety of control modes, which can be selected through a common remote control, and it is said that it can also be downloaded through a mobile app called Mango Control. Unfortunately, the tail has not found the address to download. It is recommended that if the app exists and is optimized, a download QR code can be left on the manual or package for easy download and use. ▼

However, in the actual experience, the tail likes to use the 2.4G intelligent remote control, which can be operated in any direction without facing the machine. The 5-dimensional remote control rod on the front controls the direction from top to bottom, left to right, and presses down to confirm the function, which is sensitive. The key stroke of the return, home page and function keys is moderate, and the feedback is clear. The last button can make the 2.4G intelligent remote control directly turn into a mouse, away from the 5-dimensional remote control. But in the actual experience, the body feeling is very sensitive, and the tail feeling is still easy to control the 5-dimensional remote control. ▼

The volume is adjusted by rotating the upper part of the remote control to the left and right. After pulling out the upper part, you can focus on the nut G1 by remote control. The top of the 2.4G intelligent remote control hides the switch key and the voice controlled microphone. The side switch can realize the established voice control or mute, but the tail is not used to this way. ▼

[Audio visual experience - I love big screen]

Audio visual experience is the most important responsibility of Nut G1. Users who buy such products also hope to enjoy audio visual experience similar to that in cinemas at home. Therefore, the tail answered five questions.

1. Questions about picture clarity

The nut G1 uses DLP optical projection technology, and uses LED lamp beads as the projection light source. According to the distance between the body and the wall, it can project an image of 15-300 inches. Of course, the nut G1 is limited to price, and its resolution is 1080 * 800 instead of 1280 × 1024, which is the maximum supported by DLP. In the actual experience, the tail is placed about 2.5 meters away from the wall when it is in the bedroom, with the white wall as the background, and the projection is about 100 inches. When the lights are turned off at night, 1500 lumens, the clarity of projection, the brightness of the image, and the degree of color restoration are relatively correct, to meet family needs. However, because Nut G1 is a fixed focus machine, under the principle of thermal expansion and cold contraction, there will be slight false focus after five minutes of startup. This can be done by digital focusing through the 2.4G intelligent remote control again. ▼

2. Questions about sound effects.

Most projectors are limited to the internal structure, as well as the vibration of the sound itself, and the effect of the built-in speaker is ordinary. The speaker design of Nut G1 is around the two sides of the round body, and four small caliber, long stroke speaker units with the same specification are used, with a total power of 20 watts. At the same time, in standby mode, you can also connect your mobile phone through Bluetooth to change the nut G1 into a Bluetooth speaker. In the actual experience, the sound is still loud, but compared with the environment of watching a movie, the effect of the built-in speaker in creating a large scene is limited to vibration, or not perfect. If the requirements are too high, it is recommended to connect the audio on the nut G1. ▼

3. Questions about resources

When talking about the interface, I said that Nut G1 supports multiple video input modes. However, Tail is still used to watching videos online through the Mango TV on the UI and playing downloaded videos through the USB interface. It has to be said that the content of Mango TV is very rich, and the resources of movies, TV dramas and variety shows can keep up with the trend of the times, but one thing is that the recent resources must be watched by the VIP users of Mango TV, and the price is 30 yuan a month. Fortunately, there is a universal TB, which can solve this problem. However, the latest and most popular resource, Mango TV, requires VIP users and requires a single point charge, which cannot be broken. When inserting USB and watching the downloaded video, thanks to A9 quad core 1.5GCPU, 4-core graphics processor and 2GRAM, it is tested that AVI, RMVB, MP4, 3GP and other mainstream media formats have no pressure to play. ▼

4. About the 3D experience

The UI of Nut G1 has its own 3D movie and television area. With the accompanying shutter 3D eyes, the effect of watching 3D video at home is not much different from that in the cinema. I hope Mango TV can provide more and more wonderful 3D video resources. However, it is recommended not to watch 3D movies too long. No matter how good 3D is, it will hurt your eyes to be greedy. ▼

5. Questions about operating status

The LED light bead of nut G1 has the characteristics of low energy consumption, small heat generation and long service life compared with the traditional bulb type. In the short test, the most intuitive thing is heating. With the cooling fan, the heat dissipation performance of the aluminum magnesium alloy panel. After a long time of work, the temperature of the nut G1 panel is hot, but completely acceptable. During operation, the main noise is from the cooling fan, which can be ignored after playing the video. However, just because the UI is based on Android, it also inherits the problem of crash. In the actual experience, the tail has always stopped leaving the shutdown page, and can only power off directly. In addition, the shutdown button on the machine body and remote control is not touched by mistake, and it will shut down directly after pressing it carelessly. It is recommended to add an anti false touch mechanism, which can be turned off only after two consecutive presses. ▼
