In fact, the main functions of smart sockets at present are remote control and customized switch operation. However, BroadLink smart socket SP2 has also added a power statistics module this time. ▼ Insert the BroadLink smart socket SP2 into the socket, and the top switch key will light up red. The WiFi indicator will flash quickly if WiFi is not configured. Of course, if you do not configure WiFi, it can also be used at this time. You can switch the socket through the switch key on the top of the socket. If the top switch key indicator goes out, the socket has been powered off.

▼ Our BroadLink smart socket has many powerful functions. It would be a waste if we just used it like this. We can use other functions by downloading "Easy Control APP" on the mobile phone. After opening the Easy Control APP for the first time, you will be prompted to register. You can also log in through QQ or Weibo, which is very convenient.

▼ The first thing we enter is the "master" interface. When we use the BroadLink smart socket for the first time, we need to add it. Click the "+" icon in the upper right corner of the interface, and then select "Add Device". Of course, before adding devices, you should check whether the blue WiFi indicator of the BroadLink smart socket is flashing.

▼ After selecting "Add Device", you need to select the device model "Configure Second Generation" according to the system prompt, then enter the WiFi password, click the "Configure" button at the bottom of the interface, and the system will automatically configure. After successful configuration, it will automatically enter into the interface of successful configuration, and an icon of smart socket will appear in the interface. Click it to enter into the socket control interface.

▼ In the main interface of the smart socket, there is a switch button in the middle. Below the button is the "timing" option on the left and the "power" option on the right. If you don't want others to operate the smart socket at will, you can choose to turn off the "Create Shortcut" option and turn on the "Device Lock" option. In this way, we won't find the device icon in the "Easy to Control" main interface. You need to swipe left on the screen to enter the "Device List" interface.
