After 12 months of gestation, the first public beta products finally came out. The author was also lucky to experience the product. We said that its unpacking, design, details and other aspects were good. After half a month of use experience, I have a certain understanding of the new glass Lenovo C100 smart glasses. Today, I will mainly look at the usage of the glasses and some common application scenarios.

Mobile APP experience:

First of all, let's talk about the connection with the mobile phone. Scan the QR code to install the glasses butler app, or download the new glass butler app from the official website of Lenovo NBD to install it. My mobile phone is Android 4.4, which is completely compatible, but currently only supports Android 4.0 and above, so fruit users are waiting. After installation, Open the required login account, Lenovo NBD fans directly log in to the APP and bind their new glass. New users support mobile phone number and email registration, and then animation will prompt you to activate the steps. If you care about new users, follow the prompts.

During installation, after inputting a WIFI password, APP will generate a QR code. At this time, you need to use new glass to scan the QR code, which completes the WIFI connection of new glass. At this time, the main interface will also appear on the new glass. We enter the settings, find the Bluetooth link, open it, and then the phone will display the pairing information, and the phone will also select pairing, new glass Touch and click OK, and the Bluetooth will also be connected. At this time, the whole connection is completed. Chapter 3 is the main interface. The interface is relatively monotonous. In the middle of the main interface, it shows that my new glass model has been connected. In the lower part, the left and right sides are respectively marked with WIFI and Bluetooth connection. In the lower part, there is information about the new glass, model, serial number, available space, system version, geographical location, etc, At the bottom are three function keys, namely device, contact and me.

The contact interface has not been used at present, and we are looking forward to the future. There are also several main settings in the personal information, including some of your own information, and you can define your avatar. These are simple experiences.

In the settings, you can bind Baidu account and Sina account. After binding, one can upload photos to the gallery, and the other is to share photos to microblog in real time.

The APP function is insufficient and needs to be improved. Details need to be optimized. I hope that the function of making calls and sending short messages can be solved as soon as possible. What's more, it is OK to use WIFI connection at home and office. Once there is no WIFI, you must use your mobile phone to turn on the hotspot, otherwise you cannot use Bluetooth to exchange real-time data. This needs to be solved.

Computer experience:

Since it can be regarded as an Android phone, it can also be connected to the computer. Find the device information in the settings of the new glass, click OK to enter the USB debugging mode, open the USB debugging mode, and then connect to the computer. There are also the same settings as mobile phones and tablets, factory settings, and system settings.

Connect to the computer with a data cable, open the USB debugging mode of the glasses, open the pea pod on the computer end, and the computer will automatically install the pea pod for the glasses, and then connect to the computer. At this time, we can install or uninstall the APP, read photos and videos, and upload and download them freely. As you can see, the glasses have more than 40 built-in APPs, I have also selected several APPs myself. After installing them, the glasses can only be operated forward and backward, confirmed and returned without optimization, so the experience is poor and almost useless.

After connecting the data cable to the computer, you can also directly open it for data exchange, directly copy photos and videos, and see the size of the remaining memory.

Finally, I saw the main interface, which is still relatively simple, with a black background, the time display in the middle, the display sign for lighting up the connection with Bluetooth WIFI in the upper right corner, and a start in the lower corner. Click to enter the main APP interface. At present, there are only five functions: taking photos, taking videos, sending messages, asking and video calling. I have upgraded. Compared with the old version, the navigation function has been removed. I heard that it is still improving. I hope to improve it quickly and experience the navigation, because the navigation is what I am looking forward to. Then slide to the left, and there are several options for video quality. The largest one is 1920X1080, and the photo quality is also several options. The largest one is 2592X1944. You will be prompted to upgrade the firmware. Finally, you will be prompted to automatically backup the settings.

In the settings, there is also strength adjustment, and it supports quick startup. Let's experience the Ask function, which is similar to a SIR function. It's just killing time and entertainment, but Mandarin is better, and the environment is quiet, so the recognition rate is high.

In terms of photo album browsing, it can complete photo album, shared, deleted, collected, etc., especially when sharing on Sina Weibo, others saw my small tail on Weibo, and a wave of people came to like me.

Photo experience 1:

The new glass has a built-in 800W pixel camera, so the photo taking effect is just so so. In the experience, it occasionally succeeds in taking photos, but the problem of not finding photos in the album will also lead to overexposure of photos. APP calls such as taking photos and videos can be indicated by voice. For example, "taking photos", the system will automatically call up the camera and take photos. In addition, There are also hardware buttons to operate photography and video recording. That is, there is a special photographing button. Another way of experience is to take photos through the touch panel on the photographing interface. The photographing experience is very rich. In addition, the default shooting time is 8 seconds, but in this 8 seconds, the time can be converted to unlimited time by drawing forward and backward on the gesture board.

It can be said that it is widely used in daily life. As for taking pictures, the ground is always on the ground. New glass can be free and easy to grasp. For example, there is a good camera, but it is difficult to hold things with both hands. At this time, New Glass takes the shot and gets it done right away, or rides a bike, takes photos, or videos. But at present, it takes photos every second. Soon, sometimes it is not right, and it automatically takes photos. I hope there will be a buffer period for taking photos and videos, allowing users to find the object, focus on it, and take photos. This will be better.

Photo experience 2:

As a computer enthusiast, I always take great pains to take photos and disassemble the machine at the same time. If I ask someone to help me, I should be professional. Otherwise, I can't take pictures of the angle and characteristics. So I always spent the days of disassembling and photographing alone until the emergence of new glass, It really liberated my hands, so I concentrated on dismantling the machine and wanted to take pictures. Just say "take a picture", and the glasses immediately took pictures. It was very convenient and considerate. I no longer need to take pictures while dismantling. Next, I removed a mobile power supply, and took real-time pictures of the whole new glass (except the first one).

The only thing is that the pictures are a little over exposed, the clarity is poor, and occasionally the photos fail. So I have taken several pictures of each verb to select the photos I am satisfied with, so I hope to speed up the pace of optimization. In addition, it can also be used for video evaluation, which is very convenient. Wearing it on the head frees your hands.

Lenovo NBD brought this product to me in good faith for the first time. After a year of gestation, it finally came out. It is remarkable in design, such as the design when separating, increased battery capacity and other designs. Although there are flaws in every detail and APP, it is the first time. 1： Design

1: The neck seat is close to the neck. Although there is thermal insulation material, the skin of the neck is sensitive, so it is a bit hot and sensitive. I hope that there are several small parts outside that are similar to silicone individuals.

2: Although the neck seat is worn on the neck, the left/right neck clip of the neck seat can be adjusted according to the size of the user's neck to adjust to the most comfortable way of wearing, but the range of adjustment is not very large, and it is difficult to estimate the size of the thick point of the neck.

3: I hope a TF card slot can be added to support expansion, because 16G is not enough for heavy users.

4: The connecting line of the glasses is made into a soft point, because it is hard to connect now. Turning the head will skew the lens in front of the glasses.

5: Long time wearing requires a break to avoid fatigue of glasses, so I hope to make a string at both ends of the attached eyeglass frame, which can be hung on the neck when not wearing or resting.

6: It is hoped that the charging indicator can be added. The charging status is red and the full charge status is green.

2： Software
