Mr. Hosain Rahman, CEO of Jawbone, personally issued a statement of apology, allowing consumers to refund in full and do not need to return goods. This move shocked the industry and set a benchmark for the recall of digital wearable products in the later stage. Jawbone suffered heavy losses for this "brave mistake".

The stronger is self-improvement. In the next two years, Jawbone has demonstrated its strong brand repair ability. At the end of 2013, Jawbone launched UP24 products with Bluetooth function to the market under the passive situation that UP2 sales were not ideal and competitor Fitbit company issued two new products in a year. At CES 2014, UP24 won global acclaim for its excellent shape and functional innovation combined with software and hardware. A classic was born, and UP24, together with other classic products of the same period, created a new era of wearable digital products, which played a crucial role in activating and driving the global wearable digital market.

The menu of hardware settings of UP software varies greatly according to the type of paired bracelet. four       nap : This function is very interesting. Set the sleep duration. After the nap is started, the bracelet will automatically vibrate to wake up when the reminder time is reached. Although there is no detailed description, I feel that this function does not analyze the user's sleep state.

five       Smart Alarm : Alarm clock function. This is not an ordinary alarm clock function. UP24 will judge whether the user is in a light sleep state within the "intelligent sleep window" period set by the user, and wake the user at the best time.

six       Idle reminder : After this option is enabled, if the user has been sitting for the set time, the bracelet will slightly vibrate to remind the user to get up.

seven       Activity Warning : This is a periodic reminding function of moving targets. For example, if the user sets a 10000 step walking target, it can remind when the whole number of thousands of steps is reached, and it can be set to provide motion summary by UP software at an appropriate time.
