Pry the red upper shell with a crowbar.
Open the red rear cover.
Remove three screws that secure the motherboard.
If the motherboard and the bottom shell are fixed together with heat dissipation paste, attention should be paid to prying the motherboard with a crowbar. It is recommended to use a hot-air gun to preheat and disassemble the motherboard, which will save more effort.
Lift the metal shield on the motherboard and find that the chip is also covered with heat dissipation paste.
Use a crowbar to pry off the metal baffle that secures the HDMI output port.
Gently pull out the flat cable at the HDMI output end.
