November 16th Shenzhen Metro Group announced through official microblog that, with the approval of relevant departments, 3G communication services on Shekou Line and Huanzhong Line of Shenzhen Metro will be stopped from 0:00 to 24:00 on the same day, so as to carry out relevant tests. In the morning, many users said that they could not normally use 3G Internet service in the subway. On the afternoon of the 16th, Xiao Bian sat down on all five subway lines in Shenzhen and took the opportunity to see whether the rumors of 3G signal suspension were true. In addition, relevant speed tests were conducted to see how the signals of the three major operators of Mobile Unicom performed in the subway.
Test equipment:
Mobile: ZTE U985
Unicom: Galaxy Note II
Telecom: Xiaomi Telecom Edition
Speed measurement software: Speedtest

Shekou Line
Move (shot at the beginning of the move, forced to E-net)
Mobile has also seen "a glimmer of life", showing H network, but unable to connect
Unicom
Telecom (2G network, and telecom has been stopped from 3G)
Luobao Line
Mobile (H network, but the speed is not optimistic)
Unicom
Telecom (3G network, but the speed is the same as 2G...)
Longgang Line
Move (H net, speed still not given)
China Unicom (there's nothing to say)
Telecom (very good performance this round)
Central line of ring
Move (H network is displayed, but cannot be connected)
China Unicom (decisively suspended 3G)
Telecom (even worse)
Longhua Line
Move (behave in a regular way)
Unicom
Telecom (the performance of Telecom is also good)
After the actual battle of Shenzhen Metro, we believe that the 3G performance of the three major operators will be well known. Unicom's performance is still as strong as that on the ground. Even in the subway, it can basically guarantee 3G signals and a certain speed. The performance of Telecom is in line with the rules and basically belongs to the passing level. Mobile, on the other hand, is a bit sad. The performance of 3G in the subway is disappointing, with a maximum speed of 50k/s. It is true that the rumored Shenzhen Metro stopped using 3G on Shekou Line and Huanzhong Line, but there are also special cases like China Unicom's use of 3G on Shekou Line. Therefore, it is recommended that if 3G is disabled on a certain line again in the future, users simply force the mobile phone to use 2G network, which can reduce power consumption and radiation.
