Breathtaking fast charging LeEco 1s first-hand experience
Breathtaking fast charging LeEco 1s first-hand experience

After half a year of development, LeTV mobile phones have become familiar to many players. LeTV brought us Le1s, the LeTV super mobile phone, at its press conference on October 27. Compared with Le1, it has improved in many ways. Now let's take a look at what makes it "suffocating".

This article uses the Le 1s engineering machine and the EUI 5.5 experience version, which is slightly different from the retail version, for reference only.

Continuing the packaging features of the first generation of LeTV mobile phones, Le1s also uses a white paper box design with dark lines on the front of the phone.

There are relevant hardware parameters on the back. We got the gold dual Netcom version with 32G storage capacity and X500 model.

When the package is opened, LeEco's usual "ID without border" design comes into view again.

The earpiece is flat with the front panel glass. It uses a mesh structure with a front of 5 million pixels. On the left side of the earpiece, there is a light sensor and distance sensor assembly symmetrical to the front camera. Such a symmetrical design is also rare.

Although the "narrow border" of Le 1s was promoted as a selling point at the press conference, the front panel border is still slightly "horse racing" (Le 1s on the left, Galaxy Note5 on the right) compared with the real narrow border phones.

Le 1s uses the design of three touch keys, namely, the multi task key, the home key and the return key. The keys have a white backlight. When the backlight is off, the keys are completely hidden.

The back of the phone adopts a three-stage design, and the camera is placed in the upper left corner of the phone, which is different from that of Le 1, so that the thickness of the body can be further controlled.

The camera uses a 13 million pixel Samsung ISOCELL sensor with a F2.0 aperture. It is a pity that there is only one LED fill light.

Le 1s is equipped with press fingerprint identification and mirror design, which makes it look special and has a sense of "looking at the devil in the mirror".

Le 1s uses the three-stage design commonly used by many metal mobile phones. The upper and lower parts are not metal, so color difference is inevitable.

The metal frame of the Le 1s continues the robust style of the Le 1s, giving a solid feeling, but also increasing the thickness of the whole machine. There is an infrared sensor on the top, 3.5mm headphone interface, and two antenna separation strips.

Symmetrical design is used at the bottom. There are 10 scary openings in two rows. In fact, there is a microphone on the left, a speaker on the right, and a USB Type-C interface in the middle. LeTV is also a rare mobile phone manufacturer with a full range of standard Type-C interfaces. It is worth mentioning that there are no screws outside the Le1s body.

The right side of the phone is the volume key and power key

The SIM card slot is on the left side of the phone.

Le 1s supports dual cards and dual standby, card 1 is nano SIM, card 2 is micro SIM, and does not support tf card expansion.

Le 1s uses an in cell screen with a color gamut of 80% NTSC and a brightness of 500 nits. All parameters are relatively balanced.

The Le 1s is relatively well controlled in terms of size, but because of its 169g weight and thick metal middle frame, it can not be said to be very friendly.

Accessories in Le 1s package.

USB Type-C interface is used for the data cable, and one end of the standard USB interface can also support double-sided plug.

The power adapter is relatively large, and its output parameters are absolutely violent. It supports 5V/9V 2.7A and 12V 2.0A, and supports Qualcomm's Quick Charge 3.0 standard.

The measured data is absolutely suffocating, reaching 12.55V 1.77A, even 1.8A at the peak, and the output power is up to 22W, close to the nominal value of the power adapter (24W). Such performance is enough to disgrace products such as Pro 5 and Find 7 that boast fast charging.

Le 1s uses the latest EUI5.5 of LeEco. The engineering machine we get uses the experience system, and many new system functions are temporarily unavailable.

The system cancels the secondary menu design, which is not very different from the previous system on the surface.

Slide right under the launcher to display the LeTV favorite page, but there is no LeTV news page yet.

The system is based on Android 5.0.2, the EUI version number is 5.5.028E experience version, and the kernel version is 3.10.61.

Le 1s has used MediaTek MT6795T 2.2GHz processor, 3G Ram memory, 1080P screen, and its score running performance is also relatively ideal, successfully exceeding 50000 points, but there is still a gap between Le 1s and the test paper at the press conference.

Le 1s supports push fingerprint recognition, and its response speed is very fast. Put your finger on the sensor to unlock the lock screen.

Le 1s uses Samsung's 13 million pixel ISOCELL sensor. Let's take a look at its live photos:

From the sample, there is still room for optimization in noise control and sharpness.

Pre proof sheet:

More experiences of Le 1s will be introduced in detail after we get the retail version.
