[91 Disassembly and Maintenance] Today, a friend in the editorial department had his Xiaomi mobile power supply broken, so he went to the door and asked the editor to help him repair it. In this case, we might as well take a picture and text maintenance tutorial for Xiaomi mobile power supply.
From the arrow in the figure, we can see that the USB port of Xiaomi mobile power supply has been completely tilted and caved in, and it is preliminarily judged that it may be de soldered. OK, let's take it apart first.
The lower part of the panel is fixed by glue. First, we use a hot-air gun to heat it both left and right for two or three minutes, and then pry it off from the gap. Pay attention to the snap under the panel during removal.
Now that we have removed the panel, we found that there are three fixing clips below. Please be careful not to break them.
There are four cross screws on the inner shell, and we will remove them one by one.
After removing the screws, we can remove the housing. Xiaomi mobile power supply consists of five electric cells and circuit boards. We can see that the USB interface at the arrow in the figure has basically fallen off.
This angle can be observed more clearly. The USB port has fallen off.
After the USB interface is removed, we can see that there are four contacts on the circuit board for charging (see the arrow) and four contacts for fixing (see the circle).
We fixed the USB interface back to the circuit board, and soldered all electric shocks with an electric soldering iron and solder.
Well, this is how the USB interface is reinstalled. Is it easy? If your mobile power USB interface has the same problem, please try to repair it yourself.
All tools used this time: cross screwdriver, hot air gun, electric soldering iron, soldering tin, crowbar.
