Of course, as far as mainstream routers or switches are concerned, they still play the role of "data dispatching center", or "convert" wired networks into wireless networks. As for those advanced applications, these devices can be said to be powerless. So we turned our attention to another product line, that is, NAS.  
The full name of NAS is Network Attached Storage, that is, network attached storage. Literally, it is easy to understand that NAS can provide file storage and management for other hosts through the network, which is a very typical application of storage networking.
