IPad mini 4 front.
The iPad mini 4 uses the second generation 64 bit A8 processor+M8 assistant processor+2G RAM, which is thinner, lighter and stronger than the previous generation.
Compared with the iPad mini 3 deep space gray version, the iPad mini 4 uses Tuhao gold color, which reduces the thickness by 18% and enlarges the speaker hole.
The rotary lock on the side is cancelled, and the camera is made of sapphire glass.
Pry a gap from the front panel by means of paddle+suction cup.
Then use the pick piece to gently move along the gap.
In this way, the front panel can be opened.
Remove the two screws that secure the battery cable.
Use a crowbar to lift the battery cable.
The iPad mini 4 screen adopts the full fitting process, but the overall process is the same as that of the previous generation, without much change. The button components are fixed with hot glue on the mini 3, which is particularly easy to repair. The Touch ID cable is integrated into the front panel, just like the iPad Air 2.

Red: the battery capacity becomes smaller, from two to one, but the battery is thinner
Orange: The antenna in the lower right corner has moved to the upper right corner
Yellow: front camera becomes smaller
Green: plastic gasket fills the blank of Wi Fi secondary board on mini 4
Carefully unplug the flat cable, and we can remove the antenna. Different from the previous design, the mini4 flat cable is installed on the right side of the rear camera.
The mini4 antenna is very small, a bit like the iPad Air antenna.
Unplug the flat cable, and we can remove the camera.
The mini 4 uses the same 8 million pixel iSight rear camera as the iPad Air, and the front camera is 1.2 million pixels.
Now you can remove the motherboard.

Orange: Broadcom BCM5976C1KUB6G touch screen controller
Yellow: Texas Instruments 343S0583, consistent with that on iPad Air2

Large area of glue makes repair difficult. The biggest highlight of the whole machine is the fully fitted screen.
