The tail plug, that is, the USB port, is one of the most commonly used parts of our mobile phone. We can't do without it to charge and transmit data every day. It is such high frequency of use that it has become a very easily damaged part. Fortunately, its maintenance is relatively easy. Now let's start with the small tutorial.
Warning: Self disassembly may damage the machine and lose the official warranty.
Take out the SIM card slot before disassembling the phone, or it will be easily damaged.
With the help of a hot air gun, heat the rear shell evenly around to soften the glue so that we can remove the rear cover.
We try to pull the back cover outward with a suction cup. Be careful not to use brute force, and pull it up slowly.
The glue is firm. We use a crowbar to help remove the screen.
Then use a paddle to slowly separate the rear cover along the gap between the rear cover and the frame.
If there are parts that cannot be disassembled, heat the edge of the rear housing again.
Remove the rear cover.
Let's take a close look at the structure of the tail insertion position. The tail insertion is located on the small board, and the chin blocks the small board.
Remove the screws that secure the chin.
Remove the chin.
Let's compare the position of the small board.
Take a look at the contact inside the tail plug, it has been tilted off.
We need to remove the battery before we continue to disassemble it. Use a crowbar to disconnect the flat cable.
Heat the battery evenly with a hot air gun to soften the glue.
Slowly unplug the battery. The small board has a coaxial cable and a flat cable.
Unplug the coaxial cable.
The flat cable is on the opposite side of the small board. We should remove it carefully.
We use tweezers to turn over the small board and remove the flat cable. Just reinstall the new board in the order just now.
Well, it's done. Do you think it's easy? Come on and join us.
