Appearance

Without much nonsense, just take off your coat and look at the body. The first impression when I see the PPTV 55P is that it is big. The 55 inch LGD 4K screen and the "ID outer frame" design are really eye-catching. In this age of appearance, this will be a killer.

At the same time, PPTV introduced the ultra narrow frame into the TV set. The thickness of the frame on the top left and right sides reached 15mm at the thinnest point. As an Internet TV, its film and television resources are particularly important, which is why Xiaomi needs to cooperate with a third party to improve its own video resources. However, in the current national conditions, any in-depth cooperation of a third party, once involving high-definition and other film and television resources, will involve charges. PPTV, as a senior online video brand in China, has great competitive advantages in film and television resources.

From the perspective of experience, the video resources in PPTV 55P basically come from CIBN and PPTV. This arrangement not only ensures the legitimacy of the content, but also avoids the phenomenon of uneven definition due to the collection of multiple platforms.

PPTV 55P has its own application center, where users can download the required software by themselves. However, due to the limited online time of the application center, the current number of applications and games is very limited, and although the official tries to make large screen adaptation for software, there are still many software unsatisfactory.
