I used to use an SLR camera before, but as time goes by, I feel more and more burdensome when I go out with an SLR. The body+lens should weigh at least 4 kg. I feel a strong sense of weight every time I travel! So the idea of buying a portable camera came into being naturally. On the Internet, I suddenly found that Ricoh GR II was released! Although the Bank of China has not been listed yet, let's get a shui product to enjoy ourselves, so we found a reliable store and placed an order. Well, it should be said that I have never touched Ricoh cameras before, but I was itching to see the samples of the gods on many websites. The portability and straight image quality of single hand operation made me feel very good, so Ricoh GR II came to me.  

Ricoh G The packaging of R II is almost the same as that of Generation 1. It is still a fully blackened paper box, and the only difference is that the small icons in the figure below are very high.

Compared with the previous generation, the appearance of Ricoh GR II has no substantial change. It is still so small, and there is no problem to stuff it into the pants pocket.

The functional turntable, power switch and wave wheel are all so harmonious, and the workmanship is excellent here!

The battery of the camera is the same as that of the previous generation, and there is no difference. The official said that it can take 300 photos. After my experience, I found that it can really reach this number!!

Ricoh GR II supports 21 languages. Of course, I choose Simplified Chinese! This is a Hong Kong version of the machine. As for the Japanese version, it is said that it also has Chinese.

Take a close-up of the large lens. The parameters are the same as those of the previous generation. 28mm f/2.8-f/16 is still adaptable to people like me. The small wide angle can hold more information, and 1cm macro is also very practical.  

Usage summary: After some experience, I think Ricoh GR II can basically meet my needs in terms of performance. For many small partners, the biggest question is whether it has been optimized in terms of shutter lag. Since I have not experienced the previous generation of products, it cannot be compared. But from my personal perspective, The time interval between pressing the shutter and photo formation of Ricoh GR II is extremely short, which is similar to the Fuji x100s experience I experienced last year. In addition, I was also very satisfied with the endurance. When I was fully charged, I took 323 photos before turning off the phone automatically. Finally, I want to talk about Ricoh's color. Everyone knows that Ricoh's GR color is very common, which is incomparable with Fuji's camera. However, after a certain period of time, this disadvantage can be improved very well. What's more, it is a camera that can be really operated by one hand. If you want to find a street camera, Ricoh's GR II is a good choice.
