==APP Usage==

First, according to the QR code of the APP in the instruction manual, scan the code to download and open the APP on the mobile phone. There are Android and ios versions available.

The welcome interface of APP shows the main functions of inWatch Her.

The first time you log in, you need to register. A small bug was found here. When you set the password, "+86" appeared in the first line

Set your own gender, height, weight and age.

Set up a health plan, which is divided into three items: keeping fit, moderately losing weight, and being an athlete. You can also manually adjust the number of steps below.

Another small bug. When setting health, the software gets stuck. Restart the software and see this interface.

Bind the phone. The APP will remind the user to upgrade the firmware. The upgrade is fast and the connection is smooth. The second connection is successful.

There are many mobile phone models supported. I use Huawei Glory 3C, android 4.4。

You can view the parameters of the watch. On this interface, you can see that the firmware version has been upgraded to the latest 221.

Enter the main page.

On the main page, I can see three graphic options: exercise, sleep and UV (the latest software package adds the heart rate option, but since inWatch Her does not support the measurement of heart rate, so I will not introduce it). I chose to view the UV index. Above is the UV intensity information, below is the personal information, which can be pulled down to refresh the watch data in real time (Bluetooth needs to be enabled), You can also press the plus key to add, including weight measurement, UV measurement and dining.

The APP provides sharing function, which can send your data to WeChat QQ、 Weibo and other platforms.

At present, the software "weight" data can only be integer. Here is a small suggestion. As a health management software, I think it should be accurate to at least 0.5kg, and better to 0.1kg. "Dining" is to take photos, hoping that calorie calculation can occur in the future (of course, it would be better if the image could be automatically recognized one day to calculate calories)

It is recommended that the plus sign in the APP be set as a floating sign that can adjust its position on its own, so as not to block the sharing symbols behind.

This is the "Motion Record" interface. The plus and minus signs at the bottom can control the time unit of the viewed data. It can be accurate to hours, or you can view weekly data.

I think the inWatch Her detection system needs to be improved. First, I didn't run, but I detected a 45 minute "run". Lying in bed at night playing with mobile phones, the "walking" data is detected - it can be seen that the APP algorithm still has much room for improvement.

This is the Sleep Time interface. The inWatch Her manual describes that sleep can be automatically detected, but the test result is not detected. Fortunately, you can also double click the Fairy key to enter/exit the sleep mode (you must double click quickly, otherwise it will be regarded as querying the UV intensity by the watch). This method is suitable for people who are not accustomed to wearing watches to sleep. In the sleep mode, the blue LED will flash at two o'clock at low frequency. It is worth noting that in the sleep mode, you can still click the fair key to query the UV intensity.

In the UV Record interface, you can only view the record of the maximum value of the whole day. The plus and minus signs below are not applicable.

The UV detection function is very practical. You can press the Fairy key briefly to view the different colors of the LED at two o'clock to visually display the UV intensity.

But it's hard to see the color of the flashing LED light in a place with strong light. If you block the dial with your hand, then the measured UV intensity is inaccurate... At this time, do you take out your mobile phone, connect Bluetooth, open APP, and synchronize data to detect UV

Daily situation records can track the situation of the day through the calendar.

==General comments==

In the design of the watch, it is beautiful enough and shining enough, which makes it a selling point in terms of fashion.

The fritillary material has a special texture and can be further optimized due to its uneven appearance.

In terms of APP use, inHealthPlus Beta still has much room for improvement.

The interface is simple and easy to use. Basically, all the required data has been covered, and there is no case of reusing some data.

Some small bugs: when registering a new account, it failed to send the verification code for the first time. After entering your birthday, APP clicks "Next" and gets stuck once. When setting your personal information, your avatar always fails to be modified. The health plan settings are stuck, and it takes a long time to search the device for the first time.

Another small disadvantage is that when I turn on Bluetooth and connect other Bluetooth devices but not inWatch Her, the watch will flash once at 11:00, 12:00 and 1:00 in a few seconds, indicating that the connection failed.

The data detection and analysis of APP is still at a relatively preliminary level. We hope that future versions can solve the problem of excessive steps and no sleep detection. As an ornament, it also enhances practical functions. I hope inWatch will continue to improve the wearing experience of women's smart devices.
